1、FIDIC EPC合同招标文件参考译文34.3 Contractors Representative承包商代表The Contractor shall appoint the Contractors Representative and shall give him all authority necessary to act on the Contractors behalf under the Contract. 承包商应任命承包商代表，并将代表承包商根据合同采取行动所需要的全部权限赋予之。Unless the Contractors Representative is named in

2、the Contract, the Contractor shall, prior to the Commencement Date, submit to the Employer for consent the name and particulars of the person the Contractor proposes to appoint as Contractors Representative. If consent is withheld or subsequently revoked, or if the appointed person fails to act as C

7、nd Language.承包商代表以及所有上述人员均应流利地使用第1.4款法律和语言规定的交流语言。4.4 Subcontractors分包商The Contractor shall not subcontract the whole of the Works. 承包商不得将整个工程分包出去。The Contractor shall be responsible for the acts or defaults of any Subcontractor, his agents or employees, as if they were the acts or defaults of the C

The Contractor shall not be under any obligation to employ a nominated Subcontractor against whom the Contractor raises reasonable objection b

The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct positioning of all parts of the Works,

18、 and shall rectify any error in the positions, levels, dimensions or alignment of the Works. 承包商应按照合同中给出或雇主通知的基准点、轴线和标高为本工程放线。承包商应负责确定本工程所有部分的正确位置，并应纠正工程位置、标高、尺寸或方向中的任何错误。4.8 Safety Procedures安全程序The Contractor shall:(a) comply with all applicable safety regulations,(b) take care for the safety of a

19、ll persons entitled to be on the Site,(c) use reasonable efforts to keep the Site and Works clear of unnecessary obstruction so as to avoid danger to these persons,(d) provide fencing, lighting, guarding and watching of the Works until completion and taking over under Clause 10 Employers Taking Over

20、, and(e) provide any Temporary Works (including roadways, footways, guards and fences) which may be necessary, because of the execution of the Works, for the use and protection of the public and of owners and occupiers of adjacent land. 承包商应： (a) 遵守所有适用的安全规则； (b) 照料有权在现场的所有人员的安全； (c) 尽最大努力使现场和工程始终无多

The system shall be in a

22、ccordance with the details stated in the Contract. The Employer shall be entitled to audit any aspect of the system. 承包商应建立质量保证制度，表明能够达到合同的要求。该体系应符合合同中载明的细节。雇主有权审查该制度的任何方面。Details of all procedures and compliance documents shall be submitted to the Employer for information before each design and exe

23、cution stage is commenced. 25、 the Employers possession on sub-surface and hydrological conditions at the Site, including environmental aspects. 29、难Except as otherwise stated in the Contract:(a) the Contractor shall be deemed to have obtained all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect the Works;(b) by signing the Contract, the Contractor accepts total responsibility for having for

The Contractor shall also obtain, at his risk and cost, any additional facilities outside the S
