7、次违反者，甲方有权取消其代理资格和本协议给予的一切权益。Party B shall not solicit or accept orders for the purpose of selling them outside territory. Once cross-area-sales be founding, Party A will give Party B a warning. 8、the rights to this agreement. 5. 退货 Return如产品存在质量问题，乙方须在收到货物后60日内向甲方提交退货申请，甲方应同意退货；乙方退回的产品及其包装必须达到不影响再次销售的要求，否则，甲方不予退款； 甲方在收到退货并确认符合上述要求后退款。For the product quality reason, Party B shall submit a return application to Party A, and Party A shall agree.The products by Party B returned, and its packagin
