Registration and Payment of Tuition1) Payment Period: July 6th, 2015 (Mon) July

2、22nd, 2015 (Wed)2) How to pay the tuition: - Log in to the same page you checked your admission result (http:/study.hanyang.ac.kr or https:/portal.hanyang.ac.kr/haksa/index9C.do?locale=2) and print out the tuition bill. Go to the designated bank and make the payment or remit the amount to your own v

3、irtual account. (Tuition bill can be printed out in Korean, English or Chinese)- Tuition bill print out period: July 6th, 2015(Fri) July 22nd, 2015 (Wed) Students who plan to transfer tuition, admission and insurance fees from an overseas bank, please do ask for the bank information through e-mail a

4、t cwithtthanyang.ac.kr.3) D-2 (Student) Visa application after paymentStudents currently staying in Korea: You can receive a certificate of admission if you bring the receipt for tuition and insurance fee to the office of international cooperation. However, those who did not pass Korean are not able

5、 to change visa to D-2, so certificate of admission is not necessary. Chinese students staying in China: 1) Seoul Campus: If you pay tuition and insurance fees, Hanyang University will send you a certificate of admission. You can apply for visa with the certificate at the Korean Embassy or Consulate

6、. (Please check with the Embassy or Consulate for additional required documents.)2) ERICA Campus: If you pay tuition and insurance fees, Hanyang University will apply for your visa through the ministry of justice, Korea. As soon as the result comes out, the university will send the confirmation numb

7、er of visa issuance to you by e-mail. You can apply for visa with the number at the Korean Embassy or Consulate. (Please check with the Embassy or Consulate for additional required documents.)Students residing overseas: If you pay tuition and insurance fees, Hanyang University will send you a certif

8、icate of admission. You can apply for visa with the certificate at the Korean Embassy or Consulate. (Please check with the Embassy or Consulate for additional required documents.) Students who failed to pass the Korean level may not apply for D-2 visa because they have to take a leave of absence for

9、 the first (Fall) semester. They have to apply for D-4(language study) visa. Warning If you do not register during the registration period, your admission will be forfeited. Transaction fees should be paid by the student. If international students cancel their registration or receive refunds of thei

10、r tuition, the Immigrations Office will be notified and the students VISA will be revoked. Insurance Fee (150,000 Korean Won for one year) - International students must be insured. You should pay insurance fee with tuition and admission fee. Those who already hold health insurance do not have to pay

11、 insurance fee, but they need to submit a copy of insurance certificate to the Office of International Cooperation. Please note that you may pay a huge amount for medical care if you are not insured. If you decide to leave Korea due to leave of absence or drop out of school before the insurance expi

12、res, you can get refund for the remaining days. 2. Issue of Admission Certificate for VISA change (D-2) 1) If you are currently staying in Korea, you can receive the Admission Certificate from the Office of International Cooperation, after submitting the tuition receipt to the office. If walk-in vis

13、its are impossible, we can also send it through post mail.(Phone: +82-2-2220-0045, 0046, 0047 / Fax: +82-2-2281-1784)2) Documents required to change VISA status: Passport, Alien registration card, Application for Change of VISA status, standard admission certificate, the latest academic certificate(

14、high school/College diploma certified by the embassy), family registration book(only for Chinese students), copy of bank account (with over 15,000 USD deposited), proof of family relationship, Proof of Residence, 130,000 KRW transaction fee Please prepare all the documents mentioned above and apply

15、to change VISA status at the Immigration Office Students from different previous institutions (non-Hanyang students) holding D2 Visa must submit at the Immigration Office. Students holding other visas (such as F, E, H type Visas) should apply for . Those who do not abide by the clauses mentioned abo

16、ve are subject to heavy fine. (Those who are holding F,E or H type visas, please submit your copy of Alien registration card to the Office of International Cooperation.) Students who failed the Korean language proficiency test cannot apply for D-2 visa because they have to take a leave of absence fo

Applying for new VISA 1) Students residing Overseas and need to apply for VISA for the first time should fill out the VISA Application Form below and send it to cjchoihanyang.ac.kr. If you are admitted to more than one university, you should choose one and enroll in th

18、e university that you have decided to attend. 20、e at a language institute. Students can re-register if they get level 5 certificate from International Language Institute of Hanyang University or level 4 certificate of TOPIK. (Level 4 from international language institute or TOPIK level 3 for ERICA students)1) Application procedure: A. Submit Appl
