9、capacitive pressure sensor is a completely sealed part. When process pressure is transmitted via the isolating diaphragm and silicone oil filling liquid to the sensing diaphragm which flinctions as a public plate of differential capacitance, the sensing diaphragm displaces and thus differential capa
10、citance changes. There is a specific function relationship existing between process pressure and differential capacitance.2) Solid-state silicon sensor (apply to TG/TA)The sensitive component of solid-state silicon sensor is on the basis of piezoresistive effect of monocrystalline silicon. There is
11、a four-arm resistance strain bridge spreading on silicon chip. Process pressure is transmitted via the isolating diaphragm and silicone oil filling fluid to the sensitive components. Because of piezoresistive effect, the balance of the bridge is broken and the sensitive component outputs electrical
12、signal having linear relationship with the measured pressure signal.2. A/D converter moduleA/D converter module is made of electronic components encapsulated in the sensor module. It includes signal sampling, conditioning, A/D conversion, temperature sensor and data storage.The A/D converter circuit
13、 converts the analog signal coming from conditioning circuit to digital signal which is input of the microprocessor.Temperature of the transmitter is acquired by the temperature sensors and then converted to digital signal which is supplied to the microprocessor to do temperature compensation.EEPROM
14、 has the function of power failure protection and is used to store configuration parameters and device information.II. Amplifier moduleAmplifier Module is mainly made of a removable electronic component and local key module. It is used to realize transmitter configuration, adjustment, self diagnosis
15、, temperature compensation, analog output, HART communication, etc. The core of amplifier module is microprocessor and includes D/A converter, HART modem chip, local key, etc.The microprocessor of transmitter controls A/D conversion and D/A conversion, and realizes linearization, transmitter configu
16、ration, self diagnosis, temperature compensation and menu display (with LCD indicator), etc.The D/A conversion circuit converts the digital signal coining from the microprocessor to analog signal of 420mA which then be output to circuit loop.Local key module can achieve on-site adjustment for both z
17、ero and span. A variety of on-site adjustment and settings can be achieved with the LCD indicator.HART modem chip modulates digital signal into HART signal which is superimposed on 420mA analog signal and demodulates HART signal into digital signal which is then supplied to microprocessor.Section 2
