17、evelopment. 护理人员考核鉴定参考内容 一、护理工作: 1、严格执行责任制护理和工作流程,按照各班所规定的任务,能否准确完成。 2、是否按照“救死扶伤,医德高尚,技术精湛,优质服务”的医院服务宗旨去抢救和治疗病人。 3、工作是否认真负责严格执行查对制度。有无发生缺点、差错、事故。 4、对危重病人的护理、隔离消毒、床头交接班、病房管理、探视制度、物质保管等制度是否严格执行。 5、进行各种护理和治疗时,是否按操作规程进行。 6、各种表格和病历、护理记录是否填写准确、完整。 7、带教是否认真负责、以身作则、言传身教。 8、对病人的病情及治疗效果能否及时掌握、及时处理或报告医生。 9、科研和

18、技术革新有何新成绩,水平如何。 10、遵守劳动纪律情况,有无迟到、早退、请假、旷工等。 二、学习态度: 1、对全院或科室的业务学习及院外的学术活动(技术训练)有无参加,是否认真学习。 2、个人是否定学习计划,有无读书笔记和学习心得。 3、参加理论及操作考核成绩,护理经验总结或论文书写情况。 4、工作中遇到不懂的问题时是否虚心请教别人。 5、对政治学习、时事阅读是否重视,有无做好准备积极发言。 三、工作作风: 1、工作是否严肃认真负责,有无履行自己职责。 2、团结互助精神如何,有无开展批评或自我批评。 3、护士素质、医德表现是否良好,有无群众来信批评或表扬。 四、分层管理: 护士分层级别科室考评
