In this thesis, I try to find the current situation, bad effects and the causes of the tension between doctors and patients. And the countermeasures to alleviate the tension between doct

4、ors and patients are proposed to provide the basis for promoting the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. The relationship between doctors and patients can not only affect the development of health care in China, but also become a very worried problem that affects the life of everyone. In order to promote the development of Chinas medical and health undertakings, to serve t

6、he people well, and to effectively solve the problem of the peoples medical treatment. On the basic conditions of our country, we have to work together to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.main body：Chapter1 Current situation of the relationship between doctors and patient

7、s: In recent years, frequent disputes between doctors and patients, even frequent clashes between the two sides always happened. Now, relationship between doctors and patients from the normal one goes to verbal violence, physical conflict or even vicious incident, doctor-patient conflicts are escala

8、ting. Chapter2 Reasons for tension between doctors and patients2.1 The most fundamental cause of the tension between the doctors and patients is that the system is not perfect in our country, which includes the management system, compensation mechanism, medical insurance system, laws, regulations, a

9、nd so on. Since the reform and opening up, the medical institutions join market competition, government spending on health has reduced, medical insurance system is not developed, medical malpractice laws and regulations are not very good, regulatory division of responsibilities is not clear enough,

10、some policies let doctors and patients feel at a loss. Those problems in the system is the basis problem of the tense relationship between doctors and patients.2.2 with the rapid development of society, Peoples living standards have markedly improved. Many people strengthen the consciousness of heal

11、th , they pay more attention to their own and their familys health status. Their emphasis on disease prevention and their diagnosis and treatment also improves. However, there are still many diseases that can not be treated currently. Doctors can do only three things, reduce the pain, prolong life,

12、improve the quality of life. Many patients do not know this. Once the effect of treatment is not reached, patients easily tend to think of hospitals and doctors do not try their best. Such unreasonable demands and expectations affect the relationship between doctors and patients.2.3 Doctors are alwa

13、ys with low income, but high pressure, high risk, high adverse media reports and high negative public opinion . Some doctors often feel depressed, take a bad working attitude to treat the diseases of their patients. So their can rarely concerned about the psychological feelings of the patients. Some

14、times when doctors need to face the patients questions, they even treat impatiently such as ignoring. However some patients will not communicate with the doctors and this will easily become the intensification of the doctor-patient conflicts.2.4 In order to seek buying points, media often pay too mu

15、ch attention to the problems that hospitals and doctors take. They do not stand in the right position of the objective, trying to put the opposition of patients and medical staff. So make some false reports. Due to lack of public awareness and understanding of medical knowledge, they dont know medic

16、al high risk and limitation. And part of the media put the doctor-patient relationship into consumer behavior relationship in commercial circulation. They emphasize from disadvantaged position and try to play the kind role to help the weak role to arouse public sympathy, mislead the readers and the

17、public.This phenomenon strengthen peoples dissatisfaction with the medical institutions and medical staff. The tension between doctors and patients, the contradiction between doctors and patients has played an important role in promoting the problem.Chapter3 How to build a harmonious relationship be

18、tween doctors and patients3.1 Hospital should take corresponding measures, such as improving the hospital management system, conscientiously implementing the rules, strengthening the construction of medical ethics in medical staff, strengthening medical laws and regulations and professional ethics t

19、raining, improving the level of medical technology, improving the medical service, promoting the doctor-patient communication, and standardizing medical service charge and so on. We should Positively face medical disputes, purchase medical insurance in order to reduce the burden on doctors. In addit

20、ion, the hospital should also pay attention to strengthening communication with the media, so that it can be faithfully reported.3.2 The government, the society and the hospital should carry out medical and health knowledge popularization to let the public have basic medical knowledge. So that they

21、can understand the particularity of the medical industry. And it can change the concept of medical treatment, reduce high expectations, and actively cooperate with medical treatment. The public can participate in the medical accident insurance, as far as possible to avoid their bad mood on the high

22、cost of treatment and improve the relationship between doctors and patients.3.3 Media workers should abide by the professional ethics. They should report medical events objectively and impartially. Its the responsibility to the medical staffs hard work .The medical report should with both doctors an

23、d patients communication. Reports should guide the patients to correct attitude to treat medical institutions of the relevant staff, enhance peoples understanding and support for Chinas health reform and development, shouldering the role in promoting public health knowledge popularization, establish

24、 a good doctor-patient relationship.3.4 Improve the relevant laws and regulations, establish a unified and complete medical legal system. In the basis of current legal system, build a comprehensive review of scientific design and construction of a new regulation of the relationship between doctors a

25、nd patients. The dignity and safety of the medical personnel can be guaranteed in a certain extent. It can effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both doctors and patients and build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Conclusion: The tension of the doctor-patie

26、nt relationship is caused by many reasons, and it is a long-term development. At present, Chinas legal system on the relationship between doctors and patients, the medical system is not very perfect. And now it is further improving and developing. To build a harmonious relationship between doctors a

27、nd patients, it is important to strive to safeguard the peoples life and health rights, so that the people enjoy a fair and safe medical services. Doctors should take the patient as the center, continue to deep the reform of medicine, change the concept of service, improve the quality of medical car

28、e; patients should actively cooperate with and understand doctors; the government should increase the intensity of macroeconomic regulation and control, increase medical service of energy and material support. Only the whole society work together, could we build a harmonious relationship between doc
