PURPOSE 目的The aim of this safe work practice is to ensure a safe system of work by utilizingthe proper personal protective equipment. This practic

Under the same regulations employees have a legal requirem

PPE CLASSIFACATION PPE种类All contractors in site are required to but not limited to the following PPE: 要求但不仅限于现场所有的承包商员工穿戴下述个人防护用品： Work clothes, safety helmet, safety footwear, safety glasses. 工作衣，安全帽，安全鞋，安全眼镜 Helmet 安全帽There is no color code of helmet for different unit person, except the r

7、ed helmet for safety staff. 除安全人员使用红色安全帽以外，其余各类人员的安全帽没有颜色区分。 Safety Footwear 安全鞋 Shall be to BS, DIN, AS, ANSI or GB4014-83 standards. They shall have steel toecaps inserted in the boot i.e. not on the exterior of the boot. Where Wellington boots are required, e.g. when pouring concrete, they shall

DIN, AS, or ANSI standards or GB5893.1-86 UDC 614.89. Attenuation characteristics shall be sufficient to reduce noise levels

A test and maintenance schedule shall be put in place for APE, as requi

21、protective clothing and equipment are not substitutes for effectiveengineering controls, safe working conditions or sound work practices, but can play an essential part in the protection of the worker. Personal protective equipment does not eliminate the hazard but is an aid in controlling individua

The degree of ri

23、sk depends on the severity of the hazard and the degree of exposure. The many and varied jobs that will be undertaken by Bayer employees and contractors presents a wide range of potential risks to health and safety. Control of risk exposures to an acceptable level depends on the identification and e

24、valuation of the hazards with reference to acceptable exposure standards and or specifications. A thoroughly conducted Job Hazard Assessment results in the estimation of risks associated with a task or activity as well as the identifica
