7、swarrantyscope.626-2guaranteedeadline:partybwillelectronicproducttransportationtothedateofdeliverylocation(12)months.第七条违约责任：article7liabilityforbreach:71甲方延期付款的，乙方交付电子产品的时间可相应顺延，甲方按照延期支付金额的/日向乙方支付滞纳金，直至款项付清之日。甲方延期支付超过三十日的，乙方有权选择解除合同，甲方按照合同滞纳金标准向乙方支付违约金（支付至乙方提出解除日），向乙方返还电子产品，甲方已经支付的款项作为赔偿，如不足以弥补乙方的损

12、oftime,whichcausedbypartyaisresponsiblefortheloss.74除本合同约定外，任何一方擅自解除合同，应当按照本合同总价款的0.5向另一方支付违约金，由此给另一方造成的损失，由擅自解除合同一方负责赔偿。7-4exceptthiscontractwithoutauthorization,anypartyshallcancelthecontract,andinaccordancewiththecontract,thetotalpricetopayliquidateddamagestotheotherparty0.5%,thuscausinglossestot

17、合同约定。10-3formanufacturersproductsornationalpolicyadjustmentofproductcauses,partybshallinformpartyaandchangethecontract.104本合同附件应经双方确认后成为本合同不可缺少的组成部分，效力与本合同一致。10-4appendixofthiscontractshallbeconfirmedbybothpartiestothiscontractaftertheindispensablepartofthiscontract,theeffectivenessandconsistent.105

29、ght,invoicedvalue,nameoftheexpresscompanyandthenumberoftheexpress.12.交货延迟:delaydeliVeRy:如果出现延迟交货，卖方应按照每延迟一天支付合同金额的1的标准向买方支付罚金。但此罚金不得超过迟交货物总价的5%；如果该延迟达到三十天，并且买方未给予宽限期限，则买方有权利撤销该合同,卖方需支付合同金额的3%作为罚金,并在三个工作日内全额退款。incasethatadelayofgoodsdeliveryoccurs,sellershallpay1ofthecontractpriceofdelayedequipmentas

31、s.13质量保证和知识产权保证:guaRanteeoFqualitysclaim.15.索赔解决办法:settlementoFclaims:如货物不符合本合同规定应由卖方负责;同时如买方按照本合同第14条、第13条的规定在索赔期限或质量保证期内提出索赔,卖方在取得买方同意后,应按下列方式之一理赔:incasethesellerareliableforthediscrepanciesandaclaimismadebythebuyerswithintheperiodofclaimorqualityguaranteeperiodasstipulatedinarticles14andarticle13ofthiscontract,thesellershallsettletheclaimupontheagreementofthebuyersinoneoFthefollowingways:a.同意买方退货,并将退货金额以成交原币偿还买方,并负担因退货而发生的一切费用,包括运费,保险费,商检费,仓租,码头装卸费以及为保管退货而发生的
