16、rs manual1安装光盘install light disk1五、选择安装地点choose installation site装机地点对于发电量以及安全运行是非常重要的，以下面列述可供参考Installation site is extremely important to the power rate and the safe operation, the following states just for reference.1、平均风速越高，风机的发电功率和发电量就会越大。（风的能量与风速的三次方成正比。举例说，5m/s风速的风能几乎为4m/s风速的2倍。）1、The higher

17、of the average wind speed, The bigger of the electricity power and the power rate.（the wind energy and the wind speed cubic is proportional, for example, the 5m/s wind speed is nearly to 2 times of 4m/s wind speed.）2、装机地点的气流不平稳、紊流严重，风力机受到的破坏力就大，不利于风机长年安全运行；且紊流还会大幅度减少发电量。紊流严重的高风区绝不是可取的装机点。2、If the in

19、t the installing equipment spot.风机的塔架尽可能的高，因为离地面愈高，风速越大，气流更平稳。在平坦的地区，风机的推荐安装高度不低于6m。The tower of the wind equipment should be high as far as possible, because if it leaves the ground higher, the wind speed is stronger, the air current will be steadier. In the smooth area, the recommendation installm

20、ent height of the wind equipment cannot be lower than 6m.树木及各类建筑物对气流形成障碍，气流在这些障碍的前方与后方均会形成一个很高很宽的滞缓而紊乱的气流区域，应该避免将风机装在这个区域内。如需在障碍物附近安装风机，在条件许可的情况下应尽可能地远离障碍物，以充分利用风能，离障碍物的极距离要求。（见图） If the trees and other kind of buildings form the barrier to the air current, the air current will form a very high and

21、wide shunt running air current region, the wind equipment should not install in the region.六、地基施工指导the ground construction instruct1、场地中央挖掘长500mm宽500mm深500mm 方坑。 1、In the central of the location dig a length of 500mmwide of 500mmdeep of 500mm side pit.2、以此为中心在相距5000mm的A、B、C、D 四处挖500500方坑，AC与BD对角连线垂直

22、相交于方坑中心。2、Take this as the center, dig a site pit distanced 5000mm in the four parts of A、B、C、D, , A-C and the B-D opposite angle segment vertical intersects the center of the site pit.3、将四根地锚各旋上一个螺母至底部，然后穿过底座旋上另一螺母（螺栓端部露出20mm左右），在销孔轴线对准B、D坑（或A、C），底板高于地面40-50mm的位置上摆平底座并浇灌混凝土（水泥、沙、石子的比例为1:2:3），最后调整底座

27、tall the unit 1、请在无风（风速小于2级）情况下安装风力发电机。1、Please install the wind power generator in the situation of no wind or the wind speed is smaller than 2 levels.2、把底座调整成水平，在地锚螺栓上放置垫圈，拧紧螺母。立杆内穿入电缆线，上立杆、下立杆、底座分别插接在一起，倒伏在A坑上（见上图左）。2、Adjusts the foundation in level, lays aside the gasket on the place anchor bolt

Erecting pole internal breaks enter the electric cable line, up erecting pole, next erecting pole and the foundation peg graft separately connect together lodging in A pit chart(see picture above left).3、从立杆顶部自上而下穿入拉线环至突台部，将钢丝绳自拉线环底向上绕立杆一圈再向下穿出（见上图右），调整钢丝绳长度，并用绳卡锁紧。旋松紧线器，拉起立杆
