This will enable you to avoid accidents, preserve the manuf acturers warranty and maintain the engine in peak operating condition.This engine has been built exclusively f orthe application specif ied in the s

2、cope of supply, as described by the equipment manu-acturer and is to be used only f or the intended purpose. Any use exceeding that scope is considered to be contrary to the intended purpose. The manuf acturer will not assume responsibility for any damage resulting therefrom. The risks involved are

3、to be borne solely by the user.Use in accordance with the intended pur-pose also implies compliance with the con-ditions laid down by the manuf acturer f or operation, maintenance and servicing. The engine should only be operated by person-nel trained in its use and the hazards in-volved.The relevan

4、t accident prevention guidelinesand other generally accepted saf ety and industrial hygiene regulations must be ob-served.When the engine is running, there is a risk ofinjury through:- turning/hot components- engines with positive ignition- ignition systems (high electrical voltage You must avoid co

5、ntact at all times!Unauthorized engine modif ications will in-validate any liability claims against the manu-f acturer f or resultant damage. Manipulations of the injection and regulating system may also influence the performance of the engine, and its emissions. Adherence to legislation on pollutio

6、n cannot be guaran-teed under such conditions.Do not change, convert or adjust the cooling air intake area to the blower.The manufacturer shall not be held respon-sible f or any damage which results f rom such work.When carrying out maintenance/repair op-erations on the engine, the use of DEUTZ orig

7、inal parts is prescribed. These are spe-cially designed for your engine and guaran-tee perf ect operation.Non-compliance results in the expiry of the warranty!Maintenance and cleaning of the engine should only be carried out when the engine is switched of f and has cooled down. You must ensure that

8、the electrical systems have been switched off and the ignition key has been removed.Accident prevention guidelines concerning electrical systems (e.g. VDE-0100/-0101/-0104/-0105 Electrical protective measures against dangerous touch voltage are to be observed.When cleaning with fluids, all electrica

20、机3.5使用条件 ! 3.1首次开机发动机操作3.1.1.3首次加机油B/FM2011发电机组用柴油机Fill oil into oil pan up to Max. mark on engine dipstick (for oil quantity see 9.1.Start engine and allow to run at low idling speed for approx. 2 mins.Switch off engine.Check oil level and fill up with oil up to upper Max. mark.3.1.2加柴油Use only com

21、mercial-grade diesel fuel. For fuel grade, see 4.2. Use summer or winter-grade fuel,depending on the ambient temperature.Never fill the tank while the engine is running.Ensure cleanliness!Do not spill fuel!加注机油到机油尺的上限标记位置,机油量见9.1节.起动发动机在怠速下运转2分钟左右.关闭发动机.检查油位,如需要补加机油至机油尺的上限标记位置.只允许在正规加油站加注符合国家标准的清洁柴油

22、.(见4.2根据环境温度,使用夏季或冬季柴油.如柴油不干净,应加装粗滤器.不能在发动机运转时添加柴油.油箱加油口附近应保持清洁,加油时注意不要溢出. 25 746 2 25 746 23.2起动发动机操作带有冷起动预热塞的起动情况插入钥匙-0位=没有电压顺时针转动钥匙-1位=工作电压-机油压力报警灯及发电机报警灯亮压入钥匙,再顺时针转动-2位=预热档位,预热指示灯亮表明预热塞开始工作-将钥匙保持在2位不动.直至预热指示灯熄灭,表明预热完成,可以起动(预热时间随环境温度不同而变化从几秒钟到2、3分钟不等,如环境温度很高,系统会自动取消预热过程,预热指示灯闪亮一下,随即熄灭-3位=起动发动机起动后

It should rarely enter yellow-green sector. If pointer enters orange sector, engine is overheating. Turn off and establish cause from Fault

24、Table (see 7.1.机油温度指示表指针应始终保持在绿色区域内,也允许在个别情况下进入黄-绿区域.但当指针进入橙色区域时,说明发动机已处于过热状态.停机并根据故障诊断表(见7.1节查找原因. 25 746 2 26 248 03.5使用条件发动机操作3.5.1冬季运行Lube Oil Viscosity -Select oil viscosity (SAE grade according to ambient temperature before starting engine,see 4.1.2.-Increase oil change frequency when operatin

25、g below -10C, see 6.1.1.Diesel Fuel-Use winter-grade diesel fuel for operation be low 0C, see 4.2.2.Additional Maintenance Work- Drain sludge from fuel tank once a week (undo sludge drain screw.- If necessary, allow oil in oil bath air cleaner and engine oil to settle at ambient temperature.- Below

26、-20C, after removing starter if neces sary, smear ring gear on flywheel via pinion bore from time to time with cold-resistant grease.(e.g. Bosch grease FT 1 V 31.Cold Start Assistance-At temperatures near or below freezing point,use glow plugs if necessary, see 3.2.1.This not only lowers starting li

27、mit temperature,but provides easier starting at temperatures normally not requiring a starting aid.Battery -Efficient cold starting requires that battery is well-charged, see 6.7.1.-Starting limit temperatures can be lowered by 4-5C by heating battery up to about +20C.
