7、my knowledge to practice, help my students to get more knowledge, to ignite my students interest in English, to encourage them to love English, then my long-term purpose is that they can have more chance outside, esp when they travel aboard, they can manage in English by themselves, meanwhile put my

9、ethod, the reason is as follows: I am a teacher for college students now, most of time I teach students from Arts and Media Depart., in China most of them focus their attentionon their majors since they decide to learn arts as their majors when they are still high school students, so they spend lots
10、 of time practicing painting or sth else related to their majors, another reason their marks in English arent required too much, some university just 60 out of 150, of course some university need more, anyway, i say this just tell a fact: most of students from this department are so poor in English.
11、I prefer audio-lingual method in my class, some reasons are: Because my students are very poor in English, I choose some simple materials, mainly in dialogues and short passages, I put more attention on practice, so students can master new words, sentence patterns, phrases and expressions by practic
12、ing them over and over again, and also students can know grammar very well by inducing after they remember sentences, they know the new words by context.In class I try to use all English, not my native language, pay close attention to students pronunciation, , encourage students to practice more, if
13、 do well, i always praise them, encourage them, urge them to do better! Meanwhile I also adopt communication method in class, i focus on students communication, not on grammar or new words, when I arrange my class, i focus on communication ability, not on grammar structure, meanwhile, everything in
14、class mainly focuses on communication, students can communication with their classmates, they can express themselves in English in class now, some day they can communicate when using it outside classroom.If only use audio-lingual method, too much practice students will feel too boring, no motivation

18、sage, of course I mix time together, I teach some time, then students practice, then I teach again, then students do some exercises, almost 50/50 rules, this class is for college English in China, not for professional English, if for professional English, i always teach more time.On a daily basis, I

20、le, just keep on learning day by day, any language need practice, practice makes perfect!In class, I use warm language, such as “well done, you did good job, bravo, Let us give him/her applause” etc. meanwhile I pay more attention to my teacher talk, such as repetition, reduced grammatical forms, si

Sentence is everything, sentence is fortune, that means, when we communicate, we use sentence, so just ask students to f

Spoken English outbreaks everything, that means if you speak more, your words, your listening, your grammar and your exam will be no problem.3.
