2、员为BSP员工进行了长达三年多的技术转让/培训工作。鉴于现有的国内铁道车辆词典远远落后于现代铁道车辆技术的发展，其中大量的词汇不符合英国、北美洲国家的习惯用法，为了统一我国的铁道车辆词汇的英语表达方式，改善国际技术交流，我们在技术转让期间组织中国、加拿大和英国技术人员、现场翻译，整理、编写了本词典。在编写过程中，有关技术人员详细讨论、严格审查了所有铁道车辆词汇，淘汰了过时的车辆词汇，并纠正了大量的具有中国特色的英语车辆词汇，从而规范了铁道车辆词汇的英语表达方式。 本词典以铁道车辆词汇为主，兼收铁道车辆生产企业常用的厂房、设备、工装、工具、量具词汇，包括常用的产品设计、工艺、生产、办公设备词汇，
