2、气和其他燃气发电比例为18，水力发电的比例为7，石油2.5%，其余的是再生能源发电。美国是燃煤发电装机容量最大的国家，到2030年，美国的燃煤电站仍将提供大部分的电力。在预期内，燃煤电站发电量将从2003年占总电力装机容量的53%增长到2030年的57%。美国电力公司每年总发电量占到全国的90%，提供全美的电力供用，居民用电和工业用电。而其中的这些电力50%是利用煤炭来发电的。因此要求又大量的煤炭供应，美国电力公司利用新的科学技术进行煤炭处理后，更高效的利用煤炭进行发电。电力公司利用高压更高效的燃烧煤炭，提高发电效率，其一，利用高压燃煤技术提高燃烧效率，提高发电效率；其二，利用洗煤技术减少煤炭

20、碳产品等两千万吨。我方要求，以我方能够接受的最低价格购买乙方产品。希望乙方能够诚恳的提供最合理的价格，并且提供质地优良的产品。产品要符合我方的要求，符合我国的质量检验。第二，我方要求和乙方建立长期合作的友好关系，希望以后能够建立长期坚定的合作关系。所以也希望乙方能够在以后的合作中，在众多贸易对象中，我们可以作为第一选择。第三，双方同意上述燃料售价为每公吨人民币400美元，价款合计为人民币（大写）捌佰元整（小写）400美元。我方预付的定金500000 美元，在我方支付购煤价款时转为购煤价款。第四，本合同生效后，除不可抗力外，乙方不按期交付货物的，甲方有权向乙方追索违约金。违约金自约定货物交付之日
