1、档案材料的基本装订要求档案材料的基本装订要求省、市级规范化学校档案材料的文件格式基本要求 为进一步规范省、市级规范化学校档案材料的准备工作现根据国家行政机关公文格式,GB/T 9704-1999,、中华人民共和国国家标准出版物上数字用法的规定,GB/T158351995,等文件要求将有关文件格式的基本要求通知如下: 一、行文格式要求 1.排版规格:正文用3号仿宋字一般每面排22行每行排28个字。 2.制版要求:版面干净无底灰字迹清楚尺寸标准版心不斜。 3. 装订要求:公文应左侧装订。骑马订或平订的订位为两钉钉锯外订眼距书芯上下各1/4处。 4. 组成公文的各要素划分为眉首、主体、版记三部分。臵
