5、ation covers the requirements for materials, preparation, installation and finishing of fireproofing of steel structures, pipe supports, vessel supports, and to vessel skirts applied at site.本规范叙述了对现场钢结构、管道支撑及容器设备支撑和容器设备裙座支撑的防火保护的有关材料、准备、安装以及竣工等方面的要求。1.1.2 The Contractor shall supply all necessary m

6、aterials, labor, equipment, tools and services for furnishing, installation and finishing of fireproofing.承包商应为防火保护设施的配备及其安装与竣工提供所有必需的材料、劳力、设备、工具及服务。1.1.3 Structures and supports to be fireproofed shall be specified on a fireproofing schedule and/or general arrangement drawings denoted by F or F*. I

Fire protection for vessel skirts is to be concrete and applied at site.关于容器设备裙座防火保护系统的范围参见本规范附录“A”。容器设备裙座防火保护应为现浇混凝土。1.1.5 All fire protection systems shall give a minimum of 2.5 hours protection when exposed to a hydrocarbon fire and shall comprise of the following:当发生烃燃烧时,所有防火保

Concrete applied 50mm thick minimum to a height of 2.0m above grade on columns passing to grade, where these columns are exposed such that the fireproofing can be damaged by vehicles. When this is not the case lightweight fireproofing may be used for whole columns.当立

12、所列参考图纸。其它说明/具体说明,见钢结构总布置图。1.1.7 Contractor shall provide the Purchaser with a method statement for the site application of the fire protection system along with materials to be used.承包商应向货主提供防火保护系统现场使用方法说明书,随所用材料一并附送。1.2 REFERENCE CODES AND STANDARDS参考规范及标准The following is a list of applicable docum

13、ents releting to the work in this specification. If there is, or appears to be, a conflict between this specification and a referenced document, the matter shall be referred to the Engineer. The latest edition and addenda in effect on January 29, 1996 shall be used for 1.2a and 1.2b; however, for 1.

SURFACE PREPAration表面处理2.1 cleanING AND PRIME COATING清洁工作与底漆涂刷2.1.1 Steel surfaces to be in contact with concrete fireproofing shall be cleaned of oils, dirt, or any other foreign materia

18、l by solvent and then blast cleaned to receive a prime coat in accordance with Specification N150.与混凝土防火材料接触的钢结构表面应按规范N150使用溶剂进行去除油污、尘土及其它杂质,然后进行冲沙除锈后才可进行底漆涂刷。2.1.2 Galvanized steel surfaces need not be blast cleaned, but shall be cleaned of oils, dirt and other foreign material.钢结构镀锌表面无须进行冲沙清洁,但须去除

19、表面油污、尘土及其它杂质。2.1.3 Damaged areas of galvanizing/primer shall be made good before the reinforcement is fitted.镀锌/底漆受损处须在钢筋混凝土浇筑前修补完好。3. MATERIALS AND APPLICATION材料及使用3.1 FORMED CONCRETE混凝土模板3.1.1 All concrete shall be furnished in accordance with the requirements of Specifications J22 and J23.所有混凝土的施

20、工须符合规范J22及J23的要求。3.1.2 The fireproofing concrete shall be reinforced by:防火混凝土须通过以下方法进行加强:a. 50 mm x 50 mm (2 x 2) - W0.5 x W0.5 welded wire fabric in accordance with ASTMA185 or an approved equal reinforcing material secured to and supported by slab bolsters, nuts, eyes or studs welded to the surfac

24、 steel to be left open for field connections shall be kept free of fireproofing by blockouts with dimensions sufficient to provide a minimum of 6-inch (150 mm) clearance from the centreline of connection bolts and 8-inches (200 mm) clear from top of base plates for anchor bolt installation. The rein

26、lled in with concrete fireproofing by field personnel after the erection of the structure is completed in accordance with structural steel erection specification.对于车间内预制的防火保护钢结构,现场施工人员应根据钢结构安装规范在钢结构安装完工后用混凝土防火材料将为留待现场连接钢结构而使用的阻断间隔填上。3.1.6 Hand trowelled application may be used on small or irregular

27、surfaces.表面较小或不规则区域的施工可使用手工镘刀。3.1.7 Reinforcement of field filled blockouts shall be the same as specified in 3.1.2. Reinforcement shall be lapped and secured to the exposed shop reinforcement and properly supported the same as specified in Section 3.1.2.现场填塞阻断材料间隔处的加强钢筋应与3.2.1节中指定的钢筋类型相同,该加强钢筋应与外露的

28、车间预制加强钢筋进行搭接并应固定好,其支撑同3.1.2节中的规定。3.2 PNEUMATICALLY APPLIED CONCRETE (SHOTCRETE)喷浆混凝土(喷浆混凝土)3.2.1 Pneumatically applied concrete may only be used when approved by the Engineer prior to installation.喷浆混凝土的使用须在安装前征得工程师的同意。3.2.2 Shotcrete shall have a compressive strength of 3000 psi (210 kg/cm2) at 28

30、 application, all rebound and overspray material shall be cleaned up and surfaces of other equipment and structures shall be restored to their original condition.敷设完工后,须清除回弹及喷溅浆料,并将设备和结构的表面恢复到原先干净状态。3.3 LIGHTWEIGHT FIRE PROTECTION轻型防火保护3.3.1 The products used shall be an approved Vermiculite and por

31、tland cement premix suitable for use in Hydrocarbon fires (FendoliteMII and Mandoseal or similar approved) and which can be sprayed and/or hand applied.所使用的产品应为审批过的蛭石与波特兰水泥的预搅拌料,能适用于烃燃烧环境中(FendoliteMII和Mandoseal或类似经审批材料),能进行喷洒敷设和/或手工敷设。3.3.2 Reinforcement (lightweight fire protection) to be 50 x 50 x 1.4mm plastic coated galvanized mesh.The pins shall be welded to the structural steelwork sections at a maximum spacing of 400mm (16) to suit the profile of the section, (in the shop prior to galvanizing or painting).加强材料(轻型防火保护)须为50 50 1.4毫米塑料镀锌网栅。焊在钢结构表面的保温钉的最大间距
