Small and medium-sized enterprises as a part of the primary s

6、tage of socialism market economy, is an important part of the national economy, it is a strong and flexible supplement to the public sector of the economy system, and it promotes the market competition, the diversification of the enterprises and commodities. If the big enterprise is representing a n

7、ational economic strength brick stone, so small and medium-sized enterprise development is representing a national system of vigor cement mortar. The national competitiveness is reflected not only in large enterprise, but also in middle and small enterprise, they are functionally complementary and c

To develop supporting service of large enterprise that is small and medium-sized enterprises is an important guarantee to enhance the strength and competitiveness of the big enterprise . The big enterprises development is inseparable from the help of small and medium-sized en

9、terprises. Large and medium-sized backbone enterprise reflects the national strength, tens of thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises energizes for the economy. It is driven by economic law revealed in these basic economics, companies must be of different sizes, that is large, medium and small, just to keep its own e

12、conomic and ecological balance. Therefore, small and medium-sized enterprise have the role that cannot be replaced in maintaining the economic and ecological balance. Chapter two The importance of operation strategy in the development of small and medium-sized enterprise and the present situation (a

13、) Importance of formulation of business strategy in small and medium-sized enterprises Along with the transform of sellers market into a buyers market, along with the the advent of information age and knowledge economy, small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with different management environme

14、nt. Especially after entering WTO , the medium and small enterprises in China also face strong impact of imported goods, market situation will be more serious. In order to be able to exist in the fierce market competitions, a small and medium enterprise must develop short, medium and long term busin

15、ess strategy suitable for their own conditions and respect for the rules of market economy and take into account the social factors, in order to form its unique competition ability. Operation strategy analysis internal and external environment of enterprise and the ability of the enterprise, and est

16、ablish the ideal enterprise management plan, because business strategy is the most effective method and basis to realize the goal of enterprise prospect. Only with the long-term management strategy, can we give correct guidance about using the limited funds, manpower and material resources etc in ma

17、rket competition ,can we adapt to the markets need each time, and not be eliminated by the market. (2) The present situation of the small and medium-sized enterprise business strategy At present, the present status of Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise managing strategic positioning worth worr

18、ying. First of all, in the strict sense, most domestic small and medium-sized enterprises have no real enterprise operation strategy. The present situation of the establishment and operation of this part of the small and medium-sized enterprise, some are out of the timely use of local resources, som

19、e from short-term market demand, they developed some planning, not from the point of objective view, nor from the trend of the development of the investigation, so they are limited, short-term and blind. Second, even if some enterprise has or start the research of business strategy, they are not com

20、pletely from planned economy period of government leading system locations from the guiding ideology, contents and implementation, with deep planned economy mark. The location of this kind of management strategy, cant adapt to the sharp, even cruel competition in the market, some inevitably become a

21、 freak of bubble economy. In addition, our countrys market economy system has just been established, and that supporting policy is yet to be further perfected. In this particular social political and economic environment, our small and medium-sized enterprise do our utmost to solve the enterprises s

22、urvival and the staffs payment, so they are too busy to pay attention to the systematic research and implementation of enterprise management strategy. Chapter Three The possible business strategy for small and medium-sized enterprises in developing Big enterprise strategic management is usually a cl

23、ear, formal process, enterprise managers organize enterprise operation through the strategic management process, and respond actively to the dynamic and complex environment. Due to the different scale of the enterprise, many large enterprise strategic management technology used is not for small and

24、medium-sized enterprises. And small and medium-sized enterprise strategic is rarely the official, and sometimes even may be hidden, and unclear. Therefore, when small and medium-sized enterprises try to develop business strategy , they should make the best choice first in direction and type. While m

25、aking the strategic choice, they should generally follow the following principles: Consistent principle of enterprise future direction of management and survival development strategy; Enterprise specific environment and business strategy consistent principle; Enterprise core ability and potential ma

26、nagement strategy consistent principle; Many types of optimization selection principles. Based on the principle, according to the status and characteristics of Chinas small and medium-sized enterprises in operation on the strategic positioning, and small and medium-sized enterprises in developing ca

27、n consider the following business strategies: (a) Virtual management Virtual management is essentially a kind of resource configuration mode of borrowing, and integrating the external resources to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this mode, the enterprise can get functions such as prod

28、uction, design, marketi ng etc, but dont necessarily have the corresponding entity with the function. Virtual management focuses on the use of resource, not the control of resources, what it pursues is to weaken structure of entity organization, maximize the use of external resources, achieve the pu

29、rpose of all-round borrows the rally, its remarkable characteristics is that related enterprise still keeps independent legal status. So, virtual operating have leverage on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the result is that the modern enterprise organization structure and oper
