12、未用费用，以及租赁保证金应当由甲方直接转交至新业主，并由新业主向乙方开具新的租赁保证金收据。若前述三方转让协议未能签署导致乙方无法继续承租该房屋的，则甲方应赔偿乙方由此遭受的全部损失，并双倍返还保证金，和返还所有已付未用的租金及其他费用给乙方。During the renewal lease term, Party A reserves the right to sell the Property, provided a prior 60 days written notice is given to Party B.
