3、luding HSE Plan), drawing and installation manual from vendor. If there is any conflict between this procedure and drawing requirement for the special requirement from equipment specification, the latter shall govern. At the same time, the procedure shall conform to the requirement from FLOUR CO.LTD

8、 EQUIPMENTGROUTINGCOMMISSIONINGEND4.2 Preparation4.2.1 Study the Contract, specifications, and relevant codes to ensure that the work scope, work quantity, and construction schedule are thoroughly understood.4.2.2 Construction Equipment Mobilization PlanA. Construction Equipment Mobilization Plan.4.3 Inspection of Foundation and Foundation BoltsRemove all the foreign matters including form works, debris, gravel, sand, and protective sleeves on bolts, etc. If oil or grease exists on the surfaces and is unable to be cleaned, remove it usi
10、ng brush.After check against relevant drawings and templates, Construction Engineer (supervisor) shall carry out the inspection, “Equipment Check List Prior to Installation” for the following items:A Centerline and elevation lineB. Whether the dimensions and orientation of foundation is correct or n
11、ot?C. Curing time is adequate or not after the form works are removed from the foundation?D. The grouting block shall be done on the foundation. Adjust the height of grouting block to make sure the top elevation of pad identical with the elevation of equipment base plate and its levelness shall be d
12、one adequately. The completed grouting block must be cured in accordance with material specifications.E. Check if the surface of the foundation has already been chipped. The surface shall be also kept clean.F. Whether the size and location of foundation bolts are in conformance with relevant drawing
13、s or not?G. The protrusion part of the bolts is in conformance with drawings or not? A little bit longer is acceptable, but not shorter.H. Any inclination of the bolts found is not allowed; otherwise the equipment base plate cannot be firmly tightened up.I. It must be free of gravel, sand, wasted wa
14、ter and other foreign materials in the hole of reserved anchor bolt, and its dimension, depth and perpendicularity, etc shall accord with design requirement.4.4 Equipment Transportation and Rigging4.4.1 Unpacking, checking, and storage of equipmentA. Folk-lifts and other mechanical methods are stric
15、tly prohibited during unpacking in order not to damage the equipment and its accessories such as precision instruments and other small bore piping.B. Inspect the appearance of the equipment to see if any parts are damaged immediately after it is unpacked. Owners representative shall witness the insp
16、ection, if necessary.C. Check and count specification and quantity respectively of each part and its accessories (including special tools) one by one in accordance with the Packing List. In the event that any shortage or damage found, inform the OWNER and the third party, ask for re-shipment and fil
17、l out the report immediately.D. Check and ensure that the protective and anti-rusting measures for the machining surfaces are adequate. Provide remedial actions, if required.E. All the small items, spare parts and special tools, etc. except large items shall be stored indoors and clearly listed for
18、management. F. Protective measures, such as using the tarpaulin as covers to prevent from getting damped and foreign matters from entering into the interior of machine, shall be provided for larger items and parts, which are stored outdoors and cannot be installed within a very short time.G. All mov
19、ing parts shall be coated with anti-rusting grease and the shaft shall be turned every one week to avoid the oil film being pressed by the shaft due to its deadweight such that the metal of shaft will contact directly with that of the bearing, and consequently the scratches will be produced on the c
20、ontacting surfaces.H. Inspect all the cooling water jackets. Drain off all the accumulated water, if any, dry it with air, and then wrap up with tarpaulin to prevent it from getting rusted due to entrance of the moisture.4.4.2 Equipment RiggingThe Construction Engineer (supervisor) shall prepare Rig
21、ging Plan including the information of crane type, working radius, equipment weight, removal and restoration of obstructions, transportation route, etc.4.4.3 Installation of EquipmentA. The installation of the rotating equipment shall be strictly in accordance with relevant specifications. The cente
22、r of gravity and dimensions of the equipment and foundation location including orientation shall be taken into consideration in determining the rigging method. Collision shall be avoided during lifting in order not to cause the damage of foundation bolts and equipment itself. If required, the expens
23、ive instruments and smaller piping shall be dismantled in advance.B. The rigging methods for general rotating equipment are as follows:a. Combination of crane and chain blockAttach the chain block to the hook of the crane. Use the crane to accomplish the larger movement and chain block for smaller m
24、ovement.b. MonorailMonorails, from which a sliding chain block can be attached, are frequently located inside the building for the maintenance purpose of the rotating equipment. This chain block can perform the upward, downward, left and right movements as required.c. RollerLay two rows of parallel
25、railroad ties on the ground inside the building, and place two pieces of pipe with the same diameter on top of these railroad ties as rollers. Use of a sledge or chain block as a means to pull the equipment up to the top of the foundation .Hydraulic jacks or chain blocks will subsequently be used to
26、 perform the rigging operation.C. Upon the completion of the equipment installation, the Equipment Construction Engineer (supervisor) shall carry out the inspection together with the OWNER or Owners quality inspection representative and prepare the records accordingly.4.5 Horizontal Adjustment of eq
27、uipment A. Unless otherwise specified,leveling will be carried out with a spirit level on the machined surfaces of the driver base plate,on the machined surfaces of the equipment pedestals or on the surface of the flange on the top of the equipment .The level will be measured in the direction of the
28、 shaft and at right angle to the shaft. Adjustment will be made by removing or inserting shims between leveling pads and base plate,However,jack bolts will be used if it is provide with the equipment.B. The maximum out-of-level tolerance shall be 0.05mm/M, unless otherwise specified. 4.6 Grouting of
29、 Equipment4.6.1 Upon the completion of the equipment rigging positioning, The Construction Engineer (supervisor) shall carry out the inspection together with the Quality QC Engineer. The foundation surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently wetted by water, if required. If sleeve type fou
30、ndation bolts are used, the water accumulated inside the sleeve shall be removed and dried.4.6.2 The material of the grout shall be in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the Construction Contract or rotating equipment vendors specification. In general, non-shrinkage cement or epoxy resin
31、 are used and poured into the gaps between equipment base plate and foundation and the space inside the sleeves.4.6.3 Supplementary illuminationIf anchor bolt is delivered with equipment, and equipment foundation is provided with reserved hole for anchor bolt, the reserved hole shall be grouted (fir
32、st grouting) after equipment alignment. The anchor bolt hole shall be free of foreign materials, its wall shall be soaked with water, and its bottom shall be free of wasted water. During first grouting, keep the anchor bolt straight and prevent the mobilization for equipment. After first grouting and curing qualified completion, implement second alignment in accordance with paragraph 4.5. Once the second alignment is checked qualified, the equipmen
