This conference will take place over two days and all the managers will spend the third day sightseeing at the chosen location. This report is for the general manager to make a final decision on the arrang

4、ement for the Managers Conference.The report is to explain the authors research and tell how she came to this decision. The aim of the report is to recommend the arrangement for the Managers Conference. This report will cover when and where the conference can take place and hotel accommodation. It a

5、lso will cover how the managers can travel to their destination, including projected costs and sightseeing on the Saturday. 2.0 ProcedureConcerning the comparison between the city, the routes, the hotel and so on need a lot of information, especially the choice of vehicle require the up-to-date info

6、rmation, so the Internet and various search engines are chosen as the way of gathering the required information.3.0The time and the place 3.1 TimeAccording to the required date, there is one arrangement can meet it. That is, the conference will be held in the 29th and 30th Dec, 2011 and the 31st Dec

7、, 2011 is the sightseeing day. To provide a more satisfactory business trip for the senior managers, they could have their hotel check-in at the night, 28th Dec, 2011and hotel check-out in the morning, 1st Jan, 2012. 10、le place for having our companys conference. Thirdly, no matter how to arrive at Frankfurt, by air, by train or by car, it is very convenient. Additionally, since Frankfurt is very close to Paris and British (Figure1 shows below), the travel fare would not be expensive. Lastly, as a famous, cultural

11、 old city, there are lots of places of interest and museums for managers to see.
