1、备课标教学专题导语课程标准是教学的指南,是教材编写的依据。本专题将围绕英语课程目标和课程标准的六大基本理念展开交流,将通过具体案例的方式介绍课程基本理念在课程教学中的呈现形式,从而,我们在教学中以课程基本理念为导向,打开思路,提高课堂教学效益。一、英语课程目标课程标准(2011年版)提出的课程总目标是:通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力,促进心智发展,提高综合人文素养。课程标准(2011年版)指出:“综合语言运用能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面的整体发展的基础之上。语言知识和语言技能是综合语言运用能力的基础;文化意识有利于正确地理解语言和得体地使

2、用语言,有效的学习策略有利于提高学习效率和发展自主学习能力;积极的情感态度有利于促进主动学习和持续发展”。课程标准还设置了分级标准和学习要求,小学阶段是一级和二级标准,课标对每个级别目标进行了具体描述。二、英语课程基本理念基本理念一:注重素质教育,体现语言学习对学生发展的价值这一理念首先明确了英语课程的基本定位,那就是要在英语课程中以学生发展为本,促进学生全面发展。基本理念二:面向全体学生,关注语言学习者的不同特点和个体差异这一理念体现了课程实施的指导思想,即义务教育阶段的英语教学要以学生为主体,力求使每个学生都能在义务教育阶段完成国家规定的英语学习任务。基本理念三:整体设计目标,充分考虑语言

3、学习的渐进性和持续性语言学习持续时间长,而且需要逐渐积累并得到提高。不同年级学生的认知能力不同,教学要循序渐进,循序渐进的依据是课标中的分级标准,随着学生的成长,语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略、和文化意识都有所变化,因此,教师要熟悉和把握不同年级的分级标准的特征。基本理念四:强调学习过程,重视语言学习的实践性和应用性学习语言的目的是为了用,为了用所学的语言知识去做事情,因此,新课标特别强调语言学习的实践性,主张学生在语境中接触、体验和理解真实语言,并在此基础上学习和运用语言。基本理念五:优化评价方式,着重评价学生的综合语言运用能力通过采用多元优化的评价方式,在关注学生基础知识及基础知识

4、的基本运用的基础上,评价学生综合语言运用能力的发展水平,并通过评价激励学 生的学习兴趣,促进学生的自主学习能力、思维能力、跨文化意识和健康人格的发展。强调采用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的方式。基本理念六:丰富课程资源,拓展英语学习渠道在本专题的学习过程中,建议大家能把握英语课程总目标、分级目标及英语课标的最核心的理念,通过分级标准和核心理念的落实,实现小学生初步综合语言运用能力的形成,促进学生心智发展,提高学生综合人文素养。推荐书籍1.陈琳、王蔷、程晓堂.分级标准中关键术语解读义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)解读.北京师范大学出版社,2012年2月:52 -53.2.王蔷.小学英语教学法
