2、an-hour quota is the foundation of the enterprises cost accounting and the workers income,which is directly related to the enterprises productivity and employees motivation.Aiming for the situation in the small and medium sized enterprises that the establishment of man-hour quota is lake of standard

3、ization and science,and it often relies on the experience,a synthesized method based on IE technology was presented in this paper.The time quota is make up with the assistant processing time which is calculate through the MOD method after the process analysis,human-machine operation and Therbligs an

4、alysis and the process time which is estimated by elemental standard time data.Furthermore,the learning curve is applied to optimize the result.Finally,an example is given to verify the validity of the method Keywords-man-hour quota;elemental standard time data;MOD method;learning curve I.INTRODUCTI

5、ON Man-hour quota is an main indicator for the production planning and the economic evaluation,its determination method is very important for costing accounting.Most of our small and medium sized enterprises belong to the multi-varieties and little mass production,the specification is changeable,so

6、it is hard to establish a time quota.Now the enterprises generally use the experience judgment,standard data and PTS methods to decide the man-hour quota,which needs experienced technicians and managements over a long terms revises to determine.It requires a longer period,a higher workload and is al

7、so easily affected by subjective factors.The accurate and scientific are difficult to ensure.All of these have great difficulty in the production planning and cost control.Currently,the man-hour time has conducted extensive research and made great progress.Some studies show that the standard time co

8、uld be calculated based on typical operation,and expound a rule of selecting standard time quota of the typical operation and the methods 1.Other scholars have carried out a hybrid reasoning model which consists of case-based reasoning and knowledge-based reasoning.This model has successfully applie

9、d in the frame that assembly is complicated and the possessing time is infected by a lot of factors 2.Reference 3 is aiming for the productivity of our private enterprises;set up a standard time base through classifies all the motions.And using genetic neural network to determine man-hour quota is a

10、 new way 4.We can see that the establishment of man-hour quota has no unified norms and standards,so it is significant seeking out a more rational,more scientific methods.This paper applied the foundation IE knowledge,using Therbligs and MOD method to detail the operational action and then calculate

11、s the time quota,which is more reasonable and humanity.Considering specific examples in this paper,using process analysis,man-machine analysis,motion analysis and MOD method to get the assistant process time;and calculate the machining time by inquiry the elemental standard time data;then using the

12、learning curve to further optimize the time.This calculation method is more science,more accurate and more suitable for the small and medium sized enterprises to working man-hour quota.II.ACHIEVE TO THE MAN-HOUR QUOTA The processing times is estimated based on the process analysis,processing procedu

13、res and then give the overview and interaction of the processing flow.Through man-machine analysis to seek a rational operation;divide the operation steps according to Therbligs analysis;carry on optimized treatment to every operation using the principle of ECRS(eliminates,combine,rearrange,simplify

14、),finally get the standard operation.Combining with MOD method and elemental standard time data,calculate the standard time of the work piece.Using the accurate method,the establishment of the man-hour quota is more scientific and rational.Finally,with the use of the learning curve,while knowledge a

15、nd experience are accumulated,further optimize is worked.?Step1 Process analysis Process analysis is determined by the production department.The shape,size,other precision information of the products and equipments that the company has owned is required to carry out the process analysis,develop thei
