1、监狱调试方案水1enchs毛里求斯监狱项目机电工程调试方案Debugging Schemes for Mauritius Prison Project Electromechanical Project一、消防系统调试Fire system debugging1.调试条件Debugging conditions消火栓系统安装完毕后投入使用前应进行全系统调试,系统调试应满足如下条件After it is installed, the hydrant system shall carry out total system debugging according to the following c

2、onditions before it is put into use. :(1)系统调试应在系统施工完成后进行。The system debugging shall carry out after the system is completed. (2)现场应有正式消防水源或临时消防水源。On site, there shall be both formal and temporary fire water source. (3)现场应有正式供电电源或临时电源。On site, there shall be both formal and temporary power supply. (4

3、)与系统配套的火灾报警系统安装完毕,处于工作状态。The system matching fire alarm system shall be installed completely and is in working state. (5)试验过程中应有相应水、电系统工程师和专业施工人员的配合。Corresponding water system engineers, electric system engineers and professional constructors shall cooperate in the testing process. 2.泵组调试Pump unit d

4、ebugging(1)水泵单机试运转Unit machine test run of pump运转前进行点动启动,再进行连续2小时的试运转。Before the test run, the pump shall be tested its jog, and then put into test run for two hours. 水泵运转过程中观察叶轮旋转方向应与箭头所指方向一致,水泵噪声不应过大,轴承温度不应超过70。When the pump is running, the rotation direction of the impeller shall coincide with th

5、e arrow direction, noise of the pump shall not be too loud, and bearing temperature shall not exceed 70. (2)以自动或手动方式启动消防水泵时,消防水泵应在60s内投入正常运行;以备用电源切换方式或备用泵切换启动消防水泵时,消防水泵应在60s内投入正常运行。The fire pump shall be put into normal operation in 60s when it is started automatically or manually or by reserve powe

6、r supply switching mode or reserve pump switching mode. 稳压泵调试时,模拟设计启动条件,稳压泵应立即启动,当达到系统设计压力时,稳压泵应自动停止运行。When the design start up condition is simulated in the debugging of steadying pressure-pump, the steadying pressure-pump shall start up immediately; it shall stop running automatically when the sys

7、tem design pressure is reached. 3.消火栓系统调试Hydrant system debugging(1)室内消火栓系统应全部试压、冲洗完毕,系统充满压力水,水压符合设计要求,报警、控制系统处于工作状态。All indoor hydrant system shall complete pressure test and flush. The system shall be filled with pressure water. The water pressure shall meet the design requirements. Alarm and cont

8、rol system shall be in working state. (2)首层同时取两处消火栓进行试射试验,观察压力表读数不应大于0.5MPa,射出的密集水柱不散花,应同时到达最远点,首层的消火栓静压不大于0.8MPa。Two hydrants are chosen in the first floor to carry out test fire at the same time. The pressure gauge shall not exceed 0.5MPa,ejected dense water column shall not fall apart and it shal

9、l reach the furthest point at the same time. The static pressure of hydrants in this floor shall not exceed 0.8MPa. (3)屋顶消火栓试射试验,压力表读数不应大于0.5MPa,射出的密集水柱长度不应小于10m,屋顶消火栓静压不小于0.07MPa。When roof hydrants are carried out test fire, the pressure gauge shall not exceed 0.5MPa,the length of ejected dense wat

10、er column shall not be less than 10m,and static pressure shall not be less than 0.07MPa. (4)现场启动消火栓报警按钮和控制中心启动消火栓水泵,手动、自动功能测试,控制中心报警。Start up hydrant alarm button on site, start hydrant pump through control center, test manual and automatic function, give an alarm through control center. 4.火灾自动报警系统调

11、试Automatic fire alarm system debugging(1)检查系统主备电供电是否正常,现场所有的水施工是否全部完毕,感烟、感温探测器、报警按钮、感温电缆、联动设备等是否也已经安装完毕,检查遥测记录和实际施工图纸The main and reserve power supply shall be checked to see whether they are normal or not. All water construction shall be finished completely. Smoke detector, temperature detector, al

12、arm button, temperature sensing cable, and interactive devices etc. shall be checked to see if they have already been installed. The telemetry record and practical construction drawing shall be examined. (2)检查火灾报警系统的主电源和备用电源,其容量应分别符合现行有关国家标准的要求,在备用电源连续充放电3次后,主电源和备用电源应能自动转换。The main and reserve power

13、 supply shall be checked to make sure if their capacity meet the requirements of current national standards. After reserve power supply charges-discharges for 3 times successively, main power supply and reserve power supply shall be able to switch automatically. (3)分别对探测器、区域报警控制器、集中报警控制器、火灾报警装置和消防控制

14、设备等逐个进行单机通电检查,正常后方可进行系统调试。Detector, local alarm controller, concentrated alarm controller, fire alarm system and fire fighting control equipment, etc. shall be carried out single machine electrifying examination respectively. They could be debugged only when they are normal. (4)对现场的感烟探测器进行吹烟试验,感温探测器

15、、感温电缆进行温度试验,红外感烟探测器进行火焰实验,对手动报警按钮进行人工火警试验,火警信号报到控制中心。Smoke detector shall be carried out blowing smoke test, temperature detector and temperature sensing cable temperature test, infrared smoke detector blaze test, and manual alarm button manual fire alarm test and report fire alarm signal to the con

16、trol center. (5)火灾报警系统应在连续运行120h无故障的情况下,填写调试报告。The fire alarm system shall be able to run for 120h on trouble-free conditions, and then the debugging report could be filled. 5.消防系统联动综合调试Fire system interactive and comprehensive debugging(1)火灾自动报警系统调试正常后,应对其联动的设备进行联调试验。After automatic fire alarm syst

17、em is debugged, its interactive devices shall be carried out interactive debugging. 在联调试验前,先对被联动的设备进行单机试运转,单机运行正常后可进行联动试验。Before interactive debugging, the interactive devices shall be carried out single machine test run. If they are normal they could carry out interactive debugging. 联调的系统应准确无误实现设计要

18、求的各种功能,并符合消防法规的规定。Interactive system shall realize accurately all kinds of functions required and conform to the fire regulations. (2)控制器应具有控制消防设备的启、停功能,并应显示其工作状态;消火栓报警按钮启动消防泵。Controller shall be able to control start and stop of fire fighting devices and display their working state. Hydrant alarm b

19、utton could start up fire pump. (3)消防泵等重要消防设备具有自动/手动启停功能,还具有手动直启多线控制功能。Important fire fighting devices such as fire pump have the function of automatic / manual start and stop, and have manual direct start and multilane control function. (4)系统联调试验正常后,应有甲方参与一起进行系统实验。调试、试验合格后应填写调试报告,需应甲方签字认可。After the

20、 system is interactively well debugged, part A shall participate in the system experiment. A debugging report shall be filled in after qualified debugging and testing, and shall be approved and signed by part A. (5)在消防系统联动综合调试完成后,进行系统检测验收。After fire system interactive and comprehensive debugging is

21、completed, system shall be tested and accepted. 1)按照现行相关规范的规定,在消防系统检测验收中应该检查有关的消防设施、设备。According to current relevant regulations, relevant fire fighting devices and equipments shall be checked in the testing and acceptance stage. 2)认真负责地做好消防系统的检测验收工作,确保施工质量。The fire system testing and acceptance sha

22、ll be completed carefully and responsibly to ensure construction quality. 在开通试运行期间做好管理、维修工作。In the test operation period, management and maintenance shall be well done. 在检测验收时,向建设单位、监督单位、检测单位提交全部检测验收文件资料。In testing and acceptance stage, hand in all testing and acceptance files and documents to const

23、ruction unit, supervision unit and testing unit. 二、空调系统调试Air-conditioning system debugging1.调试准备Debugging preparation(1)所有冷冻水、冷却水管道试运行前必须经水压强度试压和严密性试压合格。All chilled water and cooling water pipes shall carry out water pressure strength experiment and tightness water pressure experiment before put int

24、o test run. (2)试运行冲洗前,冷水机组和冷冻水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔和所有空调末端设备必须完成动力和控制接线,并整定完毕。Before flush in test run, chiller, chilled water pump, cooling water pump, cooling tower and all air conditioning terminal devices shall complete power and control wiring and finish setting. (3)冷冻机房所有控制阀门应安装完毕,冷水机组和水泵的所有进出水控制应关闭,并临时紧

25、固操作手柄,以防非调试人员误开。All control valves in refrigeration plant room shall be finished installment. Water chilling unit and all influent and effluent water control in pumps shall be shut, and their operating handles shall be fastened temporarily, in case of mistaken open by non-debugging personnel. (4)水泵前

26、后的所有临时盲板应全部拆除。All fore-and-aft temporary blind plate of the pump shall be removed. (5)排污阀应安装完毕,排污应畅通无阻,排污阀应处于关闭状态。The drain valve shall be installed completely. The drain shall be unimpeded, and the drain valve shall be in closed state. (6)为了污水不进入主机循环,主机冷冻、冷却系统主干管应增加连通管和阀门,并且处于开启状态。The trunk pipe in

27、 the cooling system shall be connected connecting pipe and valve and shall be open, in order to prevent the sewage from going into the host machine and circulating. (7)冷却塔的水盘和塔内的杂物、灰尘必须清理和清洗干净。The water pond in cooling tower and sundries, dust in the tower must be cleaned up. (8)冷却塔进、回水管道上的阀门应全部关闭,待

28、冷却水系统入水时再逐个打开。All valves in the intake pipe and return pipe of water in the cooling tower shall be shut totally, open them one by one when the water entry of the cooling water system. (9)冷却塔的平衡管、溢流管、排污管和补给水管及阀门应全部安装完毕,阀门应全部关闭。The equalizing pipe, overflow pipe, drain pipe, make-up pipe and valves sh

29、all wholly be finished installation, and all of the valves shall be closed. (10)所有风机盘管、风机和新风柜进回水管上的阀件应安装完毕,管网入水前应确保设备进、回水管上的阀门已关闭。All valves on water inlet and return pipe of air blower coil, air blower and fresh air cabinet shall be installed completely. Before water entering the pipe network, all

30、valves on water inlet and return pipe shall be closed. 2.系统调试System debugging(1)水泵的试运转:水泵启动应经一次启动立即停止运转,检查叶轮与机壳有无摩擦及其他异常声音,并观察旋转方向是否正确。The test run of the pump: The pump shall be tested in such a way that it is started and stopped immediately. It shall be checked to see if there is friction and othe

31、r abnormal sound between impeller and enclosure, and observed whether its rotate direction is correct or not. 若一切正常可继续试运转。If they are all normal then the pump could carry out test run. 水泵启动时用钳形电流表测量电机启动电流,待运转正常后再测电机运转电流,保证电机运转电流不超过额定值。When the pump starting up, the electric machine starting current

32、shall be measured with clip-on ammeter; the electric machine running current shall be measured when the pump runs normally to guarantee the electric machine running current not exceed a rating. 水泵运转过程中应常用螺丝刀抵在轴承外套上,仔细倾听轴承有无杂声以判断运转状态,测量轴承温度不超过70,填料温度正常,基本无渗漏现象,振动仪测定水泵的径向振动符合技术文件要求,读取水泵进、出口压力表显示值,应与水泵扬程相符。When the pump is running, a screw driver shall be used frequently to push against the bearing sheath so the sound of the bearing could be checked to estimate the running status. The bearing temperature shall be measured to make sure it does not exceed 70,the filling temperature shall be norma
