Follow the guiding ideology and basic principles of teaching, to find effective ways and means to organize a variety of classroom teaching, the purpose is to make students as soon as possible to maste

9、r the knowledge by learning and make sure the students can be use English correct in practice. The follow is some practical experience of my teaching English in junior high school .The efficient principle of improving the teaching in class 1. The principle of individualized education materialsThis i

10、s the most basic principles of teaching, that is according to the actual situation of the students and combined with the features and ease of teaching materials to choose the best teaching methods, so that as many students can benefit from the teaching. For example, the teaching materials have a sha

11、llow and depth, the students level of English are different. So teachers in the teaching process should be fully pay attention to these circumstances, the students which basis are good to do the difficult problems and the simple question left to poor students, so the eugenic was not feel too easy to

12、 lose their interest in learning, At the same time poor students are not feel too difficult to generate hardship of fear. As a result ,most of the students to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of learning English.2. The principle of Gradual, progressive approach There is no doubt that the knowledge of E

13、nglish is also have easy and difficulty. In teaching, when faced the case of difficult points in knowledge what the students can not accept or grasp, we can use the methods to make the difficult points simply, By use a variety of teaching methods to achieve the teaching objectives. For example, when

14、 teaching multi-syllable words, students are always allowed to read and feel difficult to read correct or find spelling very difficult. To solve this problem we can decomposit a single first then synthesis the parts of syllable. This method is usually very effective.3. The principle of communicative

15、 English Teaching PracticeEnglish is a tool of communication, the purpose of English teaching is to train students to use English as a communication tool. But the ability and the mastery of knowledge, the capacity-building objective is only by the students themselves to complete with the final pract

Classroom teaching not only required students to participate in activities but also required teachers and students to be interactive, English classes should be teach as a communicative lessons. many materials are also designed according to the principles of communicative practices . For example: going shopping, as a Shop assistant or a customer, how to communicate with others in English .At class we should teaching students to practice by the same way

In the teaching process, teachers should always filled with students in min

20、d, consider the students psychological and needs, pay attention to students expressions and reactions and try their best to analyze the situation of students mastery knowledge, at any time to adjust their pace of teaching methods and teaching progress. On the other hand. We should let the students k

21、now the meaning of learning . Training students the ability of autonomy and the skills of solving problem .As much as possible to attract students to take part in the process of teaching activities.Specific measures to improve classroom efficiency1. Diversification of teaching methods usedThe key to

Depending on the different teaching content and teaching objects, using a variety of teaching methods, can greatly improve student interest in learning and achieve better learning results. For example when teaching words and spe

23、lling, teachers leading all students to read begin then students receive reading together or let one student to leade all students to read .The words which hard to read we can spelling it as a single word, we can also repeat the words after listening to audio tape .or ask students to reading by sepa

24、rate investigation and so on, as soon as possible for students to spell words well, and learn the methods to spell. Using a variety of teaching methods, we can also according to different levels of students and the basis , Provide both good and poor practice to carry out different levels so that all

25、 students learn and earn, a appropriate and applicable teaching methods can make students increase or maintaining a relatively long-lasting interest in learning and active classroom atmosphere.2. Persist guided inspired teachingIn the classroom teaching .The teaching activities can not do without te
