Abstract:

Howtotakevariousofmeasurestoimproveindividualizededucationtogivefullplaytothemaximumbenefitofclasstimeintheclassroom.AndgivestudentstheknowledgeandmethodstolearnEnglisheffectively.AsateacherweshouldknowthattoimprovethequalityofteachingisrequiredforeachworkerengagedinthestudyofkeyissuesofEnglishEducation.

Thisisthemostbasicprinciplesofteaching,thatisaccordingtotheactualsituationofthestudentsandcombinedwiththefeaturesandeaseofteachingmaterialstochoosethebestteachingmethods,sothatasmanystudentscanbenefitfromtheteaching.Forexample,theteachingmaterialshaveashallowanddepth,thestudents’levelofEnglisharedifferent.Soteachersintheteachingprocessshouldbefullypayattentiontothesecircumstances,thestudentswhichbasisaregoodtodothedifficultproblemsandthesimplequestionlefttopoorstudents,sotheeugenicwasnotfeeltooeasytolosetheirinterestinlearning,Atthesametimepoorstudentsarenotfeeltoodifficulttogeneratehardshipoffear.Asaresult,mostofthestudentstofullymobilizetheenthusiasmoflearningEnglish.
