2、s the impact of physical education on Chinese college students physique. The examinees were healthy boys 67 and girls 154 in Liaoning Normal University. The results of study: (1)The study showed that no significant effect of physical education impact on students vertical jump ability and boys grip s
3、trength. Physical fitness lesson played a role in improving girls grip strength. Physical education elective course played a role in improving girls upperlimbstrength. The boys push-ups scores have little changed in the first two years of college. So, we can speculate that the physical fitness cours
4、es have no effect on shoulder muscle strength and muscle endurance. Physical education elective course play a positive role in improves the junior push-ups scores. The girls sit-ups scores that reflect abdominal muscle force and abdominal endurance has been declining year by year.(2)The boys seat bo
5、dy anteflexion scores that reflect body flexibility did not improve in the first two years of college, and have been declining after sophomore. Girls seat body anteflexion scores were no significant difference in their college time. Study shows that physical fitness lessons and physical education el
6、ective courses have no effect on students flexibility.(3)The boys step indexes were suddenly increased in the sophomore year, and then decreased year by year. The study illustrates that physical fitness lesson in freshman played a important role in improving cardiovascular function. In contrast, phy
7、sical education elective courses which started in sophomore had little impact on the boys cardiovascular system function. Girls step index gradually increased in the first three years, and decreased in the senior year. Studies have shown that physical fitness lesson and physical education elective c
8、ourses were played a positive role in improving the function of the girls cardiovascular system.(4)Physical fitness lessons and physical education elective courses have limit effect on students physique. Therefore, the study recommended that should be targeted in the physical education content and m

IntroductionCollege students are the pillars of the Chinas modernization, and they are the main force to complete the great national rejuvenation. The physical health of college students not only affect their learning during t
10、he life of the University, but also affect their work and life in the future. Physical education is an important part of the comprehensive development of education, and one of the basic objectives of school education is to enhance the physique of students in schools. The basic function of the school
11、 physical education is to enhance the physique of students. University physical education is the most important part in the University School Sports. Physical education should play an important role to improve the students physique. Students endurance, speed, explosiveness, strength quality has decl
12、ined in the 2010 National Physique Monitoring, situation is worrisome. Physique as an important part of the body mass is a direct impact on the quality of body mass. We randomly selected Liaoning Normal University freshman to senior students conducted a follow-up study, In order to observe the impac
13、t of physical education on students physique. We hope that this study will provide recommendations for the Sunshine Project of Physical Education and the reform of college physical education.2. Objects and methods of the study2.1 Testees of the studyThe study randomly selected from the Liaoning Norm
14、al University, 2004 and 2005 students, including 67 boys and 154 girls. We observed testeesofstudy freshman to senior physique with follow-up study. Physical education elective courses, students select the project opened in the sophomore. (Physical education elective courses). Therefore, factors applied to the students
18、in the freshman to the senior are different. The freshman test data are the basic data. The sophomore test data are “Physical Quality lesson” after the freshman test data. The junior test data are “Physical education elective courses” after the sophomore test data. 2.2.3 Mathematical StatisticsThe d
19、ifferences between each index grade testing using a non-parametric test method of multiple samples. Using the Friedman test paired comparisons between each grade2. 22、ertical jump scores of boys were: 40.43cm, 41.50 cm, 43.20 cm, 41.14 cm, vertical jump scores change is not obvious in the four years. After a non-parametric tests, annual vertical jump scores were no significant differences (p0.05).The vertical jump scores of girls were: 24.43 cm,24.93 cm,24.62 cm,
23、24.30 cm, vertical jump scores change is not obvious in the four years. After a non-parametric tests, annual vertical jump scores were no significant differences (p0.05).The results show that both boys and girls, vertical jump scores between each year were no significant difference. The study showed
24、 that no significant effect in the freshman and sophomore physical education to improve students lower limb explosive force. The grip strength of girls was improved after the second year. Freshman studies have shown that “physical fitness courses” to strengthen
