The Lab contains six sections that will elaborate on connectivity, AOP description and walkthrough, Web-server, DeviceLogix programming and ArmorStart LT EtherNet/IP Network topology configuration. 6、9xE is 192.168.1.10The IP Address for the ControlLogix is 192.168.1.45实验步骤1.Using RS Logix 5000 software, open the project C:HOTT_2013Armo_291E.ACD. 2.Add a new module in the project: Expand the I/O Configuration tab and right click on Ethernet. Select New Module.3.Select the ArmorStart LT in your a
7、pplication and click OK. For this Lab we are selecting the 291EFAZ. If instead, you have the Drive version ArmorStart LT Demo Box 294E, select the 294E-FD1P5Z.4.The AOP is shown below. Enter a Name for this ArmorStart and an Ethernet Address. This section will use the Private Network setting. This s
8、hould be set to match the IP address switch setting on the ArmorStart. Then press OK.5.Notice that the ArmorStart LT is now on the Ethernet tree in the Controller organizer as shown below.6.Double-click on the 291E-FAZ/A ArmorStart_LT to re-open the Add On Profile (AOP). 7.Offline - General:8.In the
9、 Module Definition, click to be able to configure the ArmorStarts I/O and disable the Hand-Off-Auto (HOA) Keypad unless there is one in the device. For this lab, configure the I/O as shown below and then click OK. 9.Offline - Connection:10.Offline Motor Protection and Control:11.Offline User I/O:12.
10、Offline Fault Configuration:13.If a controller path is not set on the field shown below, you must set a path first before going Online with the controller. Click on the RSwho button shown below.14.Expand and browse the AB_ETHIP-1, Ethernet driver. 15.Select the Controller path and then click Go Onli
11、ne.16.The following will appear. Click on Download to connect to the controller. 17.If a download confirmation screen appears, click Download again. 18.Click Yes to bring the controller back to Remote Run.19.The controller should now be online. If at any point you go offline and a path is selected,
12、you can also go online by clicking the offline drop down in the upper left corner of the screen. Click on Go Online to connect to the ArmorStart, as shown below. If a yellow triangle appears next to the ArmorStart Icon in the Controller Organizer Tree as shown below, it means that the connection is
13、faulted. You need to fix the problem before you can connect to the ArmorStart. The lab steps to follow assume that the connection was successful. Common scenarios for this will be that the IP address doesnt match or that the module picked is incorrect.20.Online Module Info21.Online - Internet Protoc

15、ired ArmorStart. In this case well use 192.168.1.10. The web server shown below should appear in your web browser. 3.From here you are able to view parameter settings, the device status, and diagnostics by clicking in any of the folders listed in the left side of the web server.4.From here you are a
16、ble to view parameter settings, the device status, and diagnostics by clicking in any of the folders listed in the left side of the web server.5.If you click in any of the folders they will expand and show their content 6.If you click in any of the folders contents, the web server will display the c
17、ontent in multiple tabs as well. Navigate the folders using the tabs or the sub-groups categories in the folders. In the screen shown above, you can find the ArmorStarts Basic Status tab where you can obtain information such as the FLA setting, last fault experienced and more. 7.Set refresh rate on
18、the bottom of the screen shown above to 2 seconds to be able to observe basic status while using the browser. Web Server Functionality Once the web server has been accessed from the web browser, you can click in any of the folders in the left side of the web server to look for the desired informatio
19、n or to configure the desired parameter. Now, well review the functionality of the web server starting with the parameter folder. Parameters 1.Click on the Parameters folder. This will expand the folder. The parameters are divided into different categories, as shown in the figure below. 2.Parameters
20、 can be viewed and modified using the web browser. For example, if we wanted to edit User I/O parameter(s), on the screen shown below, click Edit as shown.3.This will bring up the following pop-up window, which prompts the user to enter the User Name and Password. The default User Name is Administra
21、tor and there is no password set by default. 4.The user is expected to change the User Name (Log in) and Password to avoid unauthorized access to the device configuration. Well show how to do so later in this Lab. 5. Once the correct User Name and Password have been entered, youll be able to edit th
22、e parameters. It can be seen now that you can change things like the configurable I/O assignments as shown below. (Note: Only use the Web Server to change parameters if that is your only option. It is recommended to use the RSLogix 5000 Add on profile (AOP) to make parameter changes. This ensures ch
23、anges will be recorded in the project file. )Diagnostics 1.The Diagnostics folder contains information regarding the ArmorStart. The information is grouped in different categories, as shown in the figure below. This information can be used to troubleshoot or take preventing action before a problem a
24、rises in the specific application that you are running. 2.2. Click on the Diagnostics Overview group, for example, this will provide general information about the ArmorStart, like shown in the figure below.Setting Up the Device Password 1.The Administrative Settings folder will allow you to configur
25、e the network, security access and e-mail notifications. By clicking in the administrative settings folder the folder will expand and youll be able to see the following: 2.To be able to make any changes, you need to have the proper security clearance. If you click on any of the subcategories, youll
26、be prompted to enter a User Name and Password. The default User Name is Administrator and there is no password set by default. 3.You should set up a password to make sure only authorized personnel has access to Administrative Settings. Click in the Password Configuration tab (category), enter Admini
27、strator for the user name and click OK. There is no default password. 29、.The Controller Organizer has the ArmorStart LT in the Ethernet tree. Double-click the 294E-FD1P5Z/A to bring up the add-on profile(AOP).4.Click on the Launch Editor under DeviceLogix to start programming.5.Add the following function blocks and inputs to provide the desired functionality to the syst
30、em. 6.After the DeviceLogix program has been completed, close the Editor and Accept the Edits.7. The DeviceLogix must be Enabled for the logic to override the controller. Click OK to close the AOP.8.Go offline with your controller as shown below. Then press Download. Refer to Lab 1 in case this is t
31、he first time going online with the controller.9.You may be prompted again to change the controller back to “Remote Run,” this time, click YES.10.If the prompt does not appear, manually change the PLC to “Remote Run” from the dropdown menu, as shown.11.The PLC is now online. If at any point, you need to take the controller offline, click offline from the dropdown menu in the upper left corner.
