3、用公司所有培训活动的规划、实施、效果评价等相关的部门与员工。This method applies to all departments and employees in connection with planning,implementation and evaluation of training activities.,3,员工教育培训实施管理办法【类别与组织】Training Categories,4,员工教育培训实施管理办法【计划与实施】Planning and Implementation,公司年度培训计划人事部制定,经人力资源经理审核,总经理批准后,人事部正式发布并组织执行。各

6、进行综合分析The HR Dept.will organize training demands survey in Oct.each year and conduct a comprehensive analysis.每年的11月份,汇总调查结果,并制定本年度培训计划Collect the investment result in Nov.each year and develop the annual training plan每年12月份,计划的审核与报批公司Plan review and approval by the company in Dec.each year 上述各项工作完成
7、时间的管理参见附件培训工作流程 See Annex Training workflow for schedule of above works,6,员工教育培训实施管理办法 费用预算、分配与管理 Budget,Allocation and Management,年度培训预算一般不得低于公司上年工资总额的 2.5%。The annual training budget shall be 2.5%of the companys total payroll at least.在制定年度计划时,由人事部分别确定各项培训所需的具体费用,并汇总为年度的培训预算。For development of the
8、 annual plan,the HR Dept.shall determine the actual cost necessary for various trainings,and calculate as total annual training budget.预算经与有关部门沟通协商后,人事部报总经理批准。The budget shall be submitted to the general manager by the HR Dept.for approval after consultation with the relevant departments.,7,员工教育培训实施
