Our culture is obsessed with happiness.【翻译】我们的文化群体痴迷于追求快乐。 【干扰项排除】A项“得到理想的工作,生活便有了意义”可以从文中第一段“., so I searched for that ideal job, that perfect boyfriend, thatbeautiful apartment. But insteadof ever feeling fulf

、illed, I felt anxious and adrift.”

Finding your purpose is not the same thing as finding that job thatmakes you happy. The key to purpose is using your strengths to serve others.【翻译】找到你的目标和找到让你感到快乐的工作不是一回事找到目标的关键在于尽己所能帮助他人。

原文语句“For many people, belongingis the most essential source of meaning.”中for many people是很明显的限定语。 Transcendent states are those rare moments when youre liftedabove the hustle and bustle of daily life

、, your sense of self fades away, andyou feel connected to a higher reality.”
