11、ployer may ，for any reason ，whether at his own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective tenderers， modify the Tender Documents by issuing an amendment在提交标书最后期限前，业主可根据自己的意愿，或应回复潜在投标者的解释文件的要求，发布附录修改投标文件。6.2 Any amendment thus issued shall be part of the Tender Documents

12、pursuant to sub Clause6.1hereof ，and shall be communicated in writing to all pursuant to the Tender Documents.Prospective tenders shall acknowledge receipt of each amendment in writing to the employer根据6.1，对投标文件的任何修改仍属于投标文件并应按照与投标文件相关内容或格式载入。准投标者应以书面形式向招标单位表示已收到关于投标文件有所修改的通知6.3To afford prospective

14、enderers and all correspondence and documents relating to the tender ，exchanged by the tenderer and the employer shall be written in the English language，provided that any printed literature furnished by the tenderers may be written another language so long as accompanied by an English translation o
