Machine Construction本机为卧式注射吹塑中空成型机,主要由注射装置、注射合模装置、吹塑合模装置、回转装置、脱模装置、前机架、后机架、安全门、液压系统、气路系统、模温控制器、水分配器、电控装置及配套的模具等部分组成。外形见附图。This machine is horizontal injection blowing hollow forming machines, mainly made up of injector apparatus, injection clamping apparatus, blowing clampi

12、ng apparatus, swivel gear, front rack, rear rack, safe door, hydraulic system, gas path system, mold temperature controller, water distributor, electric control gear, and molds for parts etc. See the drawing for the external form.注射装置() injector apparatus注射装置主要由加热料筒、螺杆、喷嘴、注射座、(注射油缸)、液压马达和移座油缸等组成。The

13、 injector apparatus is mainly made up of heating barrel, screw, nozzle, injection base, (injection oil tank), hydraulic motor and active base cylinder etc.本装置采用双缸注射,液压马达直接驱动螺杆转动的结构。螺杆转速可通过调节通过比例流量阀(在0150rpm 内)进行调速,预塑背压可通过调节节流阀来加以改变,以适合不同树脂种类和不同制品的要求。 This unit features injection of double jars and t

14、he screw rotation driven directly by hydraulic pressure. The screw rotation speed may be adjusted through proportional flow valve (from 0 to150rpm). The preplastication pressure may be altered through throttle valve to meet the requirements for different resins and products.本装置的螺杆和料筒均采用优质氮化钢经离子氮化处理,

19、ce本机合模装置属液压式结构,主要由导柱、动模板、支承板、锁模油缸等组成。This device adopts hydraulic structure and is mainly made up of guide pole, movable platen, support plate and clamping cylinder etc.为提高生产率和减缓冲击,移模速度采用快慢的程序。快合模和快开模时,用大、小泵双泵供油,合模速度最快可达0.08M/S,开模最快可达0.15M/S。慢速开、合模由小泵单独供油。注射开合模和吹塑开合模各有节流阀匹配两者的开合模速度。同时,要确保开模时,吹塑模先动,合

20、模时,注射模先动。To increase production efficiency and reduce the impact, mold closing/opening speeds adopt fast-slow procedure. The oil is supplied through small double-pump for fast clamping and fast opening mold and the clamping speed can reach 0.08M/S, 0.15M/S for opening mold. The oil is solely supplie

21、d through small pump for slow opening mold and clamping mold. Mold open/closing and blowing open/closing are performed through fitting throttles with certain mold closing/opening speeds. Blowing mold goes first for opening mold and injector mold goes first for clamping mold.为满足注射模锁模力的要求,注射合模油缸上部设有增压

22、缸,当模具上下两部分贴紧后,行程开关发出信号,换向阀切换,油泵向增压缸上腔供油,实现对注射合模油缸上腔的增压,达到高压锁模的要求。注射、吹塑时,蓄能器回路也同时接通,补充锁模油路的泄漏,确保锁模压力。To meet the requirements on mould locking force for injector mold, the pressure cylinder is installed in the upper oil cylinder for injector mold. 24、en injection and blowing is carried out, the circuit line of the accumulator shall be connected so that the leakage in the clamping line can be supplemented and the clamping pressure can be insured.合模装置具有低压模具保护功能,在模具两部分尚未贴紧时,锁模油缸不会进入升压锁模状态,此时如果在模腔内有硬物顶住,模具即不会合紧,而由电气控制系统发出警报,使操作人员得以排除故障。The clamping

26、ystem will sound the alarm and the mold can not clamp, which enables the operator to remedy the trouble.转位装置() turn device注吹转位装置主要由转位分度箱、转塔、拔叉、转盘、芯轴等组成。模具芯棒水平安装在转塔的三边上,转塔注射合模油缸实现“上升转位120o下降”的间歇回转运动,将注射、吹塑、脱模三个工艺过程联系在一起。转塔升降由注射油缸带动完成,转塔回转达120o由转位分度箱完成。回转运动是通过滑块曲柄机构,拔叉转盘来完成,转塔抬起,拔叉就卡入转盘槽内,滑块由油缸推动,转动曲柄

27、、拔叉shifting fork、转盘urntable、芯轴central spindle,使转塔回转达120o,回转到位,行程开关发出信号,转台下降,拔叉与转盘脱开,曲柄复位,为下一循环做准备。各动作速度均可通过电脑控制比例流量阀来调节,动作切换由行程开关发讯控制。The injection-blowing turn device is made up of dividing box, turret, shifting fork, turntable and central spindle.
