15、 order of cavity slides return: the first( )return, then( )return; at last( )return;手册内容三模具维护保养operation and maintenanceA. 使用模具考前须知operation notice:1、检查注塑机的各项技术参数设定是否正常;Check that molding parameter were set properly.2、装模前将注塑台炮筒后退;Retract the injection unit before mold mounting.3、调整注塑机动定模板间间距,使其大于模厚;

16、Adjust the distance between the platens: It must be larger than the mold thickness4、按模具上向上标志“ 所示,吊起模具放入动定模板之间,使模具的法兰先导入注塑机定模板上的定位孔中,再闭合机板,使模具紧帖于两机板之间。Lift the mold with arrow sign“ upward and set it between the platens. Insert the locating ring into center hole of the fixed platen.5、模具侧边同机板侧边平行,用压板及

17、螺丝固定模具于注塑机动定模板上。Before clamping the mold onto both platens, ensure that the mold is not tilted side way.6、锁模块后,进展开模、合模、试合模力,逐步调整锁模位置,逐渐升高锁模力并使连杆可以伸直。严禁在闭模状态下增大锁模力,以免损坏模具。Always check that P/L straps are removed before opening the mold. Check the clamping pressure by opening and closing the mold, inc

18、rease the platen daylight slowly till the link rods fully extend. 20、f the temperature control must be checked.B维护保养1、落模前,对照末件检查模具;Compare with the last shot and inspect the mold thoroughly before dismounting.2、进展模具的外观检查保养;Inspect the molds external appearance and carry out maintenance:去除模具外外表、分模面、型腔外表、导柱外表、顶针底面上的油污杂物,粉尘及锈斑;Clean up oil stains, dirties and rusts on t

21、he external surfaces, parting surfaces and cavity surfaces, guide pins and ejector pins. 严禁用任何硬物,特别是金属物清理模腔杂物;Never use hard objects to brush or scrap the mold cavities; 3、清理模具冷却水道,使其畅通,且无积水在内;Purge the water channels to free them from water and blockage;手册内容三模具维护保养Operation and maintenance4、进展模具的光滑

22、检查;对模具的相对滑动局部添加光滑油。Grease and lubricate all sliding surfaces5、进展模具构造件的检查;Check the mold structure.检查模具的活动局部在动作时是否存在异常响声,各滑动局部运动是否灵敏,动作时有无振动及卡死;Check for abnormal noise during movement, ensure sliding action are smooth. There should be no vibration and jamming.检查导柱、导套、顶针、滑块等有无严重磨损现象,模具的光、薄、细部位有无缺损、开裂

23、、变形等;检查型腔外表及型芯有无刮花现象,缺陷有无增多,顶针和其它部位有无折断现象;Check for damages, cracks, deformations etc. in polished areas, thin or delicate parts. Check and report any scratches on the surfaces of cavities and cores, any new defects, any broken ejector pins and delicate parts.6、模具清擦干净,型腔外表喷涂防锈剂或防锈油脂,合模,收紧锁模片,落模,摆放在指

24、定位置;Clean up the mold, rustproof the cavity and core surfaces before closing the mold. Tighten the P/L straps and dismount the mold.
