5、rom it.2 Ask the students to talk about it, such as Sri Lanka , Indonesia , Thailand , India, Malaysia and East Africa destroyed by the monster waves, causing millions of deaths. 6、tion, page 21.Step 2 Lead-in (part 1, page 21)Get students to match the words in the box with the definitions below. Then ask individuals to show their answers. A flood is a lot of water in an area which is usually dry.A hurricane is a very strong wind and storm.Lightning is the flash of light which

7、 occurs during a thunderstorm.A thunderstorm is a lot of rain falling quickly, with loud noises and flashes of light.A tornado is a column of air that turns very quickly.T: Now lets pay attention to these sentences. When we give a definition of a word, the Attributive Clause is usually necessary and hopeful. Wed better learn to use
