6、shouldmeetthenationalqualityacceptancestandardsandshouldbeacceptedatthefirstinspectionaftercompletion.TheQualityAcceptancecriteriaofconstructionofnationmustberegardedastheacceptancestandardsfortheproject.partybshallinformpartyAinwritingofallkindsofinspectionandacceptancewithidays.workingdaysafterrec

7、eivingthenotification.8.1.2partybshallberesponsibleforthere-inspectioncost,andtheprojectperiodshallnotbeextended.8.2FinalAuditoftheprojectIftheresultofre-inspectionhaspassedacceptancestandards,partybshallsubmittheauditreportandmaterialstopartyAforverificationwithin9.obligationsofpartyAandpartyb9.1.o

8、bligationsofpartyA:astheon-siterepresentativetosupervisethefulfillmentofcontractobligations,tooverseethequalitycontrolandchecktheprojectprogress,andtohandleissuessuchasacceptanceandvariationsandwithdrawtherepresentativeatanytime.9.1.2.designdrawingsandschemetopartyb.9.1.4.partyAshallberesponsiblefor

9、coordinatingtherelationshipwiththeengining.9.2.obligationsofpartybargeoffulfillingthecontractobligations.Theon-siterepresentativeofpartybshallorganizetheconstructionaccordingtocontractrequirementssothattheprojectcanbecompletedaccordingtothequalityandquantityrequirementsandonatimelymanner.9.2.2.party

12、tothesafetyandTechnicalstandardsofconstructionandInfrastructureInstallationandregulationofchina,guangxiZhuangAutonomousRegion,nanningsafetystandardsandotherrelevantregulationsandstandards.theconstructionspotshouldmeetallstandardsofthepeoplesRepublicofchina.Andbearingthesafetyfeeswhicharenotcausedbyp

13、artyA.11.Theconcerningmaterialsupply11.1.partyAorpartybshouldberesponsibleforthematerial,equipments,whichshouldmeetthequalifieddesignrequestwithqualificationguaranteebooks.11.2.Anymaterial,equipmentwhichisboughtbythepartyb,ifnotagreewiththequalityrequestorspecificationcontaindifference,shouldforbida
