1、外企的假期规范某外企假期规定 该请假政策适用于公司所有的中方正式职员,这一政策对职员请假提供了政策依据。 The leave policy applies to all local staff formally hired by the company. This policy provides guidelines for the staff to take the leaves they are entitled to. 两天(包括两天)以下的假期可由部门经理批准,超过两天的假期必须得到总经理的批准。 Two days ( including two days) leave should
2、be authorized by department manager, exceed two days leave must be authorized by General Manager. 所有的请假单(病假除外)须由职员本人于休假前送往人事部门备案,病假请假单须在上班后一个工作日内送至人事部门备案,否则视为旷工。 “Request for Leave” (not including sick leave) form must be sent to HR department for record ahead of leave. “Request for Sick Leave” form
3、 must be sent to HR department for record within one day of working, or will be considered to be absent from work. 敏视达公司要求所有职员正点上班,高质量完成自己的任务。假如职员的行为阻碍了工作,敏视达公司将给予纪律处分,这些处分包括但不限于:警告、停职、解雇。 METSTAR requires all employees to be on time, and to complete their assigned duties with an expected level of q

6、为自动离职,停发工资。 If an employee knows he will be absent, he should immediately notify the appropriate person(s). 14、 the company operation and staffs going, annual leave will be designated and staff should accept it. 年假休假必须以半天为单位。 All annual leave must be integer times of 0.5 days.8.02 病假(包括节假日、公休日)Sick Leave 病假应及时向部门经理报告,并由部门经理通知人事部门,病假须出具由公司指定医院、诊所或劳动用工的合法机构发来的大夫证明。 Sick leave has to be reported as soon as poss
