According a survey, from 2010 to 2011, the average employment rate of college graduates has always been around 70 %. Compared with foreign countries, the employment rate in our country is really l

2、ow. That is to say, every year there are 30% of the graduates can not find a job. It has become a serious social problem to which should be paid great attention.What is the cause of this phenomenon?In my opinion, The reasons for this phenomenon are various. First, graduates lack work experience. The

3、y spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects , but have few job training. Only after graduation do they realize it is hard to find jobs with a high grade. Second, competition among graduates is growing , the job market gets shrinking, but jobs which society provided is limited. Th

4、ere are more supply of university graduates than social demand. This results in a decreased chance for each individual graduate to find a job. Third, some students dont study hard. Because lots of students have no interest in their certain subjects. Some play computer games, Some sleep in class. The

5、y would not went to the library unless final exam was coming.In addition , some graduates are conceited. They think the salary is so low that they dont want to do the job, they except to find a very easy work with a higher salary .For example, in fact , some companies refused to use graduates from Q

6、inghua university and Peking university . because they lack the ability to work in team . They think they are brilliant people : “Why should i talent take the same treatment like other ordinary people?” Actually, graduates who are outstanding is more than you know , however, if you want to get a job

7、 , only have professional knowledge is not enough.China has a population of nearly 1.4 billion, and is the most populous country in the world. To solve the employment issue in China is a pressing task. In view of the fundamental interests of its people, the Chinese government recognizes the importan

8、ce of the issue of employment. Based on the Constitution of the Peoples Republic of China, the Labor Law of the Peoples Republic of China, and other laws and regulations, the Chinese government has protected the workers right to employment, and adopted various policies and measures to promote employ

9、ment actively and steadily meet their needs for employment. As a result, the employment structure has gradually been optimized; the avenues for employment have been steadily broadened; the forms of employment have become more flexible and the employment situation has been maintained basically stable

10、. In China, there is a large working-age population, while the average educational level of the people is relatively low, resulting in a very prominent problem of unemployment. This is primarily manifested in the co-existence of the contradiction of the total volume of workforce supply and demand an

11、d the contradiction of employment structure, in the simultaneous appearance of increasing pressure on urban employment and acceleration of the shift of surplus rural laborers to non-agricultural sectors, and in the intertwining of the employment problem for new entrants to the workforce and that of

12、the reemployment for laid-off workers.As we kown , thousands of hands are fighting for one chair, which represents a public officials position. This phenomenon reveals the “job hunting” problem in todays society.Employment has got in a dilemma, which attracts our great attention. On one hand, severe

13、 employment situation sets mountains of difficulties for graduate students to find a job, While on the other hand, lured by its comfortable working environments and considerable salaries, more and more graduates become crazy for official position. The dilemma reflects at least two specific problems

14、in our employment market. With the hurried paces to adjust the industrial structures, we should regulate our employment structures so that we can make balance between the supply and the need in human resources.What is else , graduates values on choosing a job should be advanced. As the new construct

15、ion groups, graduates should choose their career according to their competences and burden the social responsibility instead of seeking for enjoyable position. With the efforts we make, the challenges of employment will become the chances of new generations. In order to be a stronger competitor in t

16、he battle, we must train ourselves to become a type of T talent. so pressure is not only an obstacle but also a motivity. So, university students should try their best to change this situation. When they are in school, they should make the most of their time and put their heart into their studies. T

17、hey can hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than

18、 to their starting salary. Above all, college students should realize their own defects and further improve themselves to keep their competitive edge in society. Moreover, colleges or universities should provide more trainings and internship opportunities before the students enter the society. Colle

19、ge students should hold a right attitude towards jobs and set their job expectations at a suitable level.Besides, I reckon this problem can be solved if both colleges and students take measures. First of all, they should research the market and develop special skills to suit its need. Second, studen

Politeness、the communication skills is important ,too.As for Companies ,they should value the talents and knowledge of the graduates . 23、 technicians and other types of training to help people adapt to different job requirements.Improving the social security system, and maintaining harmonious and stable labor relations. The state protects womens equal right with men to work, eliminates sexual discrimination in employment, adopts the principle of equal pay for equal work for both sexes, and guarantees s

Today, there are 41.56 million women employees in urban units, accounting for 38 percent of the total employees in urban units. As the Chinese government pushes ahead with the reform of the economic

To support the reemployment of laid-off women, especially older women, governments at all levels have actively developed and expanded trades and fields suitable for women to work in, and have adopted more flexible forms of employment to provide them with job opportunities according to their needs.
