By signing this Annex B, the Parties confirm that they are familiar with the aforementioned

5、o Party B) have reached the agreement below on the settlement of the fee for the ground services and its relevant items for the scheduled or non-scheduled flights via the international airport.第一条 总则Article One Main clause为了保证飞行安全、正常，提高运输服务质量，甲乙双方本着互相支持的原则，共同认真做好地面服务工作，使旅客对协议双方产生良好的印象。 In order to e

6、nsure the safe and normal flight operations, improve the transportation service quality, on the basis of mutual support, Party A and Party B jointly carry out the ground handling services to produce a good image for the passengers. 第二条 服务项目Article Two Service items 1、 甲方向乙方提供的有偿基本服务项目包括：1、 The basic

11、双重签字程序，编辑、发送和接收与甲方所执行服务有关的一切信息包括到达、出发、延误信息。向乙方的代表通报此种信息的内容。发送信息的费用可向乙方收取。2.2.1 Compile、despatch and receive all messages in connection with the services performed by the Part A including arrivaldeparturedelay messages, using the Party Bs originator code or double signature procedure, as applicable.

12、Inform the Party Bs representative of the contents of such messages. Charges for transmitting messages may be recharged to the Carrier.2.2.2.对每次航班的所有上述电报集中保存90天。1.2.2.2 Maintain a message file containing all above mentioned messages pertaining to each flight for ninety days.2.2.3(a)Provide提供(b)Opera

15、rvices4.1.1.将乙方飞机及地面运输车辆的到达时间和出发时间通知旅客和公众。4.1.1 Inform passengers and public about time of arrival and departure of the Party Bs aircraft and surface transport.4.1.2.安排中途停留、换机和过境乘客及其行李，并通知他们机场上可以提供的服务。(服务方暂未开通此项服务)4.1.2. Make arrangements for stopover, transfer and transit passengers and their baggage and inform them about services available at the airport.4.1.3.在乙方提出要求时，提供或安排特
