PREAMBLE

ThisAnnexBispreparedinaccordancewiththesimplifiedprocedurewherebythePartiesagreethatthetermsoftheMainAgreementandAnnexAoftheSGHAofJanuary1998aspublishedbytheInternationalAirTransportAssociationshallapplytothisAnnexBasifsuchtermswererepeatedhereinfull.BysigningthisAnnexB,thePartiesconfirmthattheyarefamiliarwiththeaforementionedMainAgreementandAnnexA.

本附件B系根据承运方和服务方达成一致的由国际航空运输协会于1998年1月公布的标准地面服务协议的主协议和附件A的简化程序所拟定的。

在签订此附件B前，双方应确认熟悉以上所提及的主协议和附件A。

航空地面服务有限公司（以下简称甲方）和航空有限公司（以下简称乙方），就乙方在天河国际机场起降的定期航班或非定期航班所必须的航空地面服务及相关费用结算达成以下协议。

第一条总则

ArticleOneMainclause

为了保证飞行安全、正常，提高运输服务质量，甲乙双方本着互相支持的原则，共同认真做好地面服务工作，使旅客对协议双方产生良好的印象。

Inordertoensurethesafeandnormalflightoperations,improvethetransportationservicequality,onthebasisofmutualsupport,PartyAandPartyBjointlycarryoutthegroundhandlingservicestoproduceagoodimageforthepassengers.

第二条服务项目

1、甲方向乙方提供的有偿基本服务项目包括：

第2条．装卸控制及通讯联络

2.1.装卸控制

2.1.LoadControl

2.1.1.在飞机和有关机场建筑之间运送和送交飞行文件。

2.1.1Conveyanddeliverflightdocumentsbetweentheaircraftandappropriate

airportbuildings.

2.1.2.根据当地或国际管理条例或按照乙方的合理要求，准备、签署、分发、清理、备案各种文件，视情况而定，包括但不限于装载指示、装载表、平衡图、机长的装载信息和载货单。

regulationsorasreasonablyrequiredbyPartyB.

2.2通讯

2.2.1.根据需要，利用乙方的始发者代码或双重签字程序，编辑、发送和接收与甲方所执行服务有关的一切信息包括到达、出发、延误信息。

向乙方的代表通报此种信息的内容。

发送信息的费用可向乙方收取。

2.2.1Compile、despatchandreceiveallmessagesinconnectionwiththeservicesperformedbythePartAincludingarrival\departure\delaymessages,usingthePartyB’soriginatorcodeordoublesignatureprocedure,asapplicable.InformthePartyB’srepresentativeofthecontentsofsuchmessages.ChargesfortransmittingmessagesmayberechargedtotheCarrier.

2.2.2.对每次航班的所有上述电报集中保存90天。

装备与设施，凭代理公司可以连线进入之DCS，依相互协议办理。

AccessthefollowingfacilitiesintheCarrier'sDCS:

联机进入航空公司DCS之以下设施：

（a） Trainingprogramme. 训练计划

（b） Check-In. 划位

（c） BoardingControl. 登机管制

（d） Baggagereconciliation. 行李与乘客同机之确认

（e） Baggagetracing. 行李查找（追踪）

（f） LoadControl. 装载管制

（g） Otherservices,asmutuallyagreed. 其他；依相互协议为之。

第4条.乘客和行李服务

4.1.一般服务

4.1.1.将乙方飞机及地面运输车辆的到达时间和出发时间通知旅客和公众。

4.1.1InformpassengersandpublicabouttimeofarrivalanddepartureofthePartyB’saircraftandsurfacetransport.

4.1.2.安排中途停留、换机和过境乘客及其行李，并通知他们机场上可以提供的服务。

（服务方暂未开通此项服务）

4.1.2.Makearrangementsforstopover,transferandtransitpassengersandtheirbaggageandinformthemaboutservicesavailableattheairport.

4.1.3.在乙方提出要求时，提供或安排特
