These medical & first-aid procedures shall be used as a reference guide in the formulation of the BTS site-specific medical and first-aid progr
6、ams covering BTSS construction project site locations. 7、vernmental standards in addition to company medical & first-aid procedures described in this section. 19、loyee occupational injuries and illnesses. 急救机构的设备和用品及工作现场的设备和用品的配备要能满足雇员的职业损伤和疾病的需要 。7.0 FIRST-AID TREATMENT急救处理Every injury case, no matter how minor, will immediately be reported by the employee to his or her Foreman. All first-aid care must be performed in a thorough and professional manner. Emp
20、loyees who need treatment beyond that which is normally considered first-aid care must be sent to a company approved physician or an emergency medical facility for treatment. 每一件损伤案例,无论多小,都要立刻报告给医务室。一切急救都要以完全专业的方式进行。如雇员所需的治疗超过通常所说的急救护理,则需立刻送往公司认可的急救医疗机构接受治疗。8.0 EMPLOYEE MEDICAL/FIRST-AID RECORDS雇员医疗
21、/急救记录8.1 Medical Record Administration医疗记录管理The clinic nurse is responsible for accurately completing and maintaining all job site safety, and medical/first-aid records.医务室医生负责准确完成和保存所有工作现场安全医疗/急救记录All medical records are considered confidential and shall be maintained in such a manner that they wil
22、l not be seen or reviewed by unauthorized personnel. Anyone other than authorized personnel wishing to see or review medical records must obtain permission through the Safety manager and the employee. 所有医疗记录都要保守机密,不得被未授权人员看到或查阅。任何未授权人员如想看或查阅医疗记录必须得到医生和安全经理及雇员的同意,Medical records, injuries, or illness
23、 cases are not to be discussed over the telephone. It is permissible to verify knowledge of injury or illness to doctors, hospital, or employee representatives, but the extent or cause of such injury or illness, as well as any related information is not to be given to anyone over the telephone. 医疗记录

25、(Exhibit 3) 工作现场医务人员需将所有案例记录到记录表上.The monthly accident status report (see Exhibit 3) will be completed by the Job Site Superintendent and submitted to the BTSS Safety Manager. 每月事故情况报告(见附件3)由工作现场医务人员完成,然后上交给BTSS安全经理。9.0 LIGHT DUTY AND RETURN-TO-WORK POLICY轻型工作和重返工作政策It is in the best interest of bot
26、h the company and its employees, who have sustained personal injury either off the job or on the job, to return to work as soon as possible. If permitted to return to work, any physical limitations which might interfere with their ability to perform useful work must be considered so it does not plac
27、e them in danger of sustaining additional injury or aggravation of the existing injury. Every possible means must be considered to provide light-duty for employees injured on the job. Light-duty should a

30、hich would result in the employee performing his/her regular routine with the minimum interference to production (i.e., provide assistance in lifting, another employee setting up a particular job for the injured employee) and not cause further injury to the employee. 指减轻受伤雇员的正常工作量,它要保证该雇员的日常工作只能最底限度
31、地参与生产(如 帮助拖举,另一位雇员为受伤雇员留出一份具体工作)而且不会对雇员引起进一步的伤害。 Provide instructional training in other jobs in the area in which the injured employee may progress to. 在受伤雇员可到达的地方提供指导培训。9.2 Conditions Which May Prohibit an Employee From Returning to Work可能禁止雇 员重返工作的情况 Wearing of a leg or foot cast or use of crutches腿或脚戴模子或拄拐杖: No employee will be allowed to perform construction activities on the project while wearing a leg or foot cast or while the use of a crutch or crutches is necessary.
