2、rly assessment;考核期:按季度考核Criteria- Incentive calculation is based on distributor sales of area.- The total value achievement of the area is = 100%.- The individual product achievement is =80%.- For individual product, the portion above 100% target, incentive will be weighted by 1.4 times.- The hospit
3、al sales must be = 80% distributor sales. If hospital sales is =70%. If any product achievement is = 100%, 2006 budget incentive will be 100% paid out. - Supplemental incentive = budgeted incentive - actual payout by quarterly calculation. - The supplemental incentive will only be entitled to 2006 s

Each product achievement should be =70%.
