9、re than 50% of the voting interests; or (iii) in which more than 50% of the voting interests are owned by a Person who has a relationship with the Partner described in clause (i) or (ii) above, or (iv) who otherwise controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another Person.“关联方” 指的

15、y statute, regulation or law; (v) the filing of an answer or other pleading admitting or failing to contest the material allegations of a petition filed against the Partner in any proceeding of this nature; (vi) seeking, consenting to, or acquiescing in the appointment of a trustee, receiver, or liq

16、uidator of such Partners properties or of all or any substantial part of the Partner s properties; or (vii) any proceeding against the Partner seekingreorganization, arrangement, composition, readjustment, liquidation, dissolution, or similar relief under any statute, law, or regulation, continues for
