4、时，教材容量及难度较之以前也有所降低，因而这是个帮助学生培养兴趣、重拾自信的好机会。教师要注意采取有效措施，在加大整体练习的基础上照顾到个体，针对不同学生的不同情况，进行耐心、细致的辅导、教育，学生的语言能力在原有基础上有所提高。具 体 措 施1 提高课堂学习效率。首先教师加强教研，认真研究好教材，把没一课时都精心备好；然后每个老师在上课之前，仔细准备每一节课，在课上注意课堂的调控，采取合适的教学方法，提高上课效率。2 课堂教学手段要多种多样，不断创新，充分利用电教设备，精心设计课堂操练板及课堂作业，使课堂气氛轻松而不乱，热烈而不紧张，使得学生学习英语的主动性能充分发挥，学习感情的开放型能够得
