Since its founding, this organization has made remarkable technological advancements in independent innovation and environmental protection (CCDI 2011).1.2. Staff StructureCCDI adopts a mode

It employs nearly four thousand outstanding architects, engineers, planners, consultants, project managers and management consulting professionals. To offer consulting, a

6、rchitectural design, construction management, engineering, and other related services in the fields of general building, rail transportation, industries, etc. It strives to provide its customers with systemic and comprehensive solutions (CCDI 2011).1.3. Service and ClientsIts service covers four bas

7、ic fields namely consultancy, design, management, and engineering. These service activities help clients with the initial phase of their capital investments, understand the effect of all factors on future investment returns and finally develop a plan for project implementation. It uses advanced engi

8、neering techniques and innovative concepts to meet functional requirements while achieving a high investment / performance ratio. CCDIs highly developed and standardized project management expertise; clients are able to realize their ideas through established methods. It fastidiously balances time,

9、cost and quality for each project by using proven system integration, site operation and project maintenance techniques. And its Engineering consulting, following the general plan and the architectural design, further improves the urban infrastructure construction and the environmental protection. I

13、urrent situationCCDI runs based on the 7-S Framework (Waterman, Peters et al. 1980) created by the McKinsey in which the seven key elements of an organization, namely, the structure, measurement system, management style, staff characteristics, distinctive staff skills, strategy/action plan, and shar

During this period, CCDI experienced significant transformational organization change aimed at ensuring that the organization is flexible and able to rapidly respond to the competitive market place.2.1. Organization StructureFaced off todays kn

15、owledge economy, knowledge, which can be regard as intellectual capital is now becoming a new source of wealth for organizations and definitely is engine of economic and social development personality and organizational development is possible. CCDI regards itself as the knowledge-intensive organization that focuses on the learning and innovation of its development. CCDI reorganizes its organization according to several researches and analyze. And also establish an organization structure model that emphasizes some of the basic processes involved in coordination(Malone 1986).
