1、定义条款（Definition Clause）是对合同书中反复使用的词汇或在合同中具有特定意义的用语进行说明和解释。经常在合同中做出定义的用语有：product（产品）,licensed product（许可产品）,trademark（商标）,know-how（专有技术）,industrial property right（工业产权）,technical documentation（技术资料）,exclusive territory（独占地区）,etc.基本条款（Basic Conditions）即经过交易磋商达成一致的条款，体现了双方当事人具体的权利与义务。Name of Commodity
