Adjust arm, and replace bucket. Insure the bucket will not roll.4. Mount the pin.5. Mount lockpin and ouch to the pi

4、n.6. Adjust the joint clearance of bucket pin. Refer to the method of adjust bucket joint clearance.7. Add grease to the pin.8. Start the engine and run at speed of 1200rpm, operating bucket slowly in the two directions, and check the bucket turning has whether or not holdback. Correct the problem o

5、f holdback.Adjust the linker of bucketThe machine has a bucket adjust system to remove linked shake. When linked shake increase, remove or fit on the tab as follows:1. Parking the machine on level ground. Lower the bucket to the ground with the plane downward, so that the bucket will not roll.2. Run

6、 the engine at speed of 1200rpm. Turn the bucket with counter-clockwise slowly till the top of the bucket left flange contact the arm. 3. Stop engine, and Put the gate lock lever to locket place.4. 7、el lever.1. Parking the machine on the level ground.2. Lower the bucket to the ground.3. Reduce the engine speed to low idle speed.4. Turn the key in the starter to the “OFF” position and pull out the key.5. Put the gate lock lever to the “OFF” position.6. Remove the lever bolts, and take off lever.

8、7. Mount bolts and tighten to the torque of 49N.m(5kgf.m).Check the sag of trackevery 50 hoursNOTICE: Check the sag of track after cleaning completely the clay in the track. As the figure show, swing the upper structure 90 degree and lower the bucket to the ground, so that lift the track.Keep the an

9、gle of boom and arm within 90 to 110, and hold the round part of bucket on the ground. Place blocks under the track frame to hold up the machine.Swing the track backward two whole circles, and then swing the track forward two circles.In the middle of track frame measure the distance()between the bot

10、tom of track frame and the back plane of the track plate. The sag of track prescribes within 315 to 350mm (12.4 to 13.8 in.).Adjust the sag of track Do not remove valve,keep your body and face far from valve,and prevent high pressure grease shooting injury. If the left track sag is differ from the r

11、ight one, the machine will lean to the traveling route.1. Clean the area of chain wheel oriented wheel and grease nipple.2. To tension the track, firstly loosen and remove the oil plug,secondly mount the part with machine 04F3804 (inject oil tube)to the place of plug, and then connect the grease gun

12、. Add grease till the sag within the commended limit. Remount the plug.3. To loosen the track, slowly with counter-clockwise turn the valve, when valve is loosened 1 to 1.5 circles, the grease will flow out from grease export. If the grease does not flow out favorably, lift the track away ground, sl

13、owly swing the track.IMPORTANCE: If after counter-clockwise turning the valve, the track is still very tight, or after adding grease, the track is still very loose, this is exceptional phenomena. Under this condition, do not disassemble the regulator of track, and immediately contact mechanical or t

14、he dealer appointed maintenance man.Check the tightening torque of bolts and nutsevery 250 hoursAfter the first 50 hours, check the tension of bolts and nuts. Later every 250 hours check a time. If there is any looseness, tighten to the torque showed that. Bolts and nuts should be replace with the s

15、ame quality or higher quality.Uses the torsion wrenches to check tighten bolts and nuts.1. Insure the threads are cleanly when mounting or replacing. 2. Apply lubricant to bolts and nuts (for instance zinc is dissolved into axis lubricating oil), so that their frictional coefficients are steady.3. If the bolts of counter weight are already loose, contact your dealer or maintenance man. Those requested tightening torque are showed with kgfm. F
