4、对于盖章多的部门如学校、政府机关等每年都要盖成百上千的章,靠人工来盖印是一件很辛苦的事情,而且长时间的盖章印使人劳累,导致有搓章的现象。为了解决这一问题,结合单片机、机械原理、机械设计等知识设计出了能代替人工的自动盖章的机器。本装置由12V电源驱动,组成包括单片机、A4988驱动板、步进电机、光轴、铝齿轮、轴承支座、传送带、Ramps1.4、2020型方铝轨道、滑块、角铝、光轴固件、印章夹具等。通过对单片机编写Arduino言驱动程序,控制步进电机正反转,调节步进电机的转速,与电机相连的铝齿轮传动给同步带带,带动与之相连的滑块,使印章上下移动,与由步进电机带动的印泥配合,从而实现自动盖章的功能
5、。该设计在使用之前,在控制板内写好参数,根据需要,可以调节电机的速度,在盖章的初期使用者在体力充沛的情况下,可以根据适合的自己的速度来设定参数。在印泥不是太充分的情况下,可以调节印章的下降距离,来间接的加大对文件的压力,从而盖出清晰的印章。在底板上有一个适合的空间,使用者可以灵活自由的来调节放置文件的位置。开启机器,只用调好要盖章印的位置,使用者只需放拿文件,盖章机就可以盖出清晰的章印。文章介绍了国内外发展状况、选题的意义、基本的设计思路。提出设计的基本要求选定动力原件对机械各项装置进行外观设计。本文还对控制系统进行简单介绍,对机器控制部分的程序编写、调试,对部分重要的程序进行了注释、说明,电
