2、to the width size of vertical joint and circular joint and length size of steel brick and cooling wall. 2) Fix =2mm sheet iron at the back of cooling wall and install cooling wall simultaneously. 3) Pointing materials are up to standard upon inspection 4) Get pointing instrument ready.4.3 Constructi
3、on procedures Pointing of bosh and cooling wall under bosh shall be conducted before laying brick of each layer and conduct pointing and laying alternatively; pointing for cooling wall above bosh and steel brick of furnace throat is conducted with hanging scaffold inside furnace before press slurry
4、of furnace body.Fig. 4.1-1 schematic dragram for construction of blast furnace cooling wall (stave)and steel brick pointing4.4 Construction key points 1) Pointing construction: Put sealed sheet iron placed at the back of cooling wall (stave) close to cooling wall, screw the sheet iron after being st
5、rained with iron wire and electric welding rod and fix it on the face of cooling wall(stave). 6、de, fill vertical joint from bottom to top and inner to outside and then fill circle joint from inner to outside. In the process of pointing, filling must be compact and surface leveling and smooth. 3) Keep materials for pointing clean during use and strictly prohibit sundries from entering.5 Laying

8、ard upon examination. 2) The variety, shop sign and specification of ceramic lining brick for this part have no mistake upon examinatin and come up to standard upon submitting to inspection. 3) Complete testing the operation performance of corundum phosphate slurry and andalusite castable materials.
9、 5.3 Construction procedures 5.4 Construction points 1) Mix of corundum phosphate slurry (GP-85)(see instruction provided by supplier). 2) Before laying, set out cross center line of blast furnace and line of starting direction for laying of 5-ring brick of D0, D2, D4, D6. D8 at the surface of 4th l
10、ayer of carbon brick. 11、k work joint, radius to see whether they meet requirements before laying. In the process of laying, build one of them and keep the other one as positioning benchmark. Hoist the other one to lay only after complete laying this one. 4) After complete laying of central brick D0, check whether the cente
12、r of brick D0 is at the central point of furnace and draw center line on the surface of central brick as the benchmark to check the radius of outer ring brick to build. 18、ions 1) Complete laying ceramic lining brick at the bottom of furnace, circular carbon brick and tuyere assembly brick at corresponding position inside furnace; 2) Get machining instrument ready; 3) Complete testing the performance of clay fire-resistance slurry and high aluminium pounding material.
19、 7.3 Construction flow7.4 Construction key points 1) Clear away the slurry and sundries on ceramic lining brick first before laying; mark the centerline for laying on the surface of ceramics lining brick. 2) Draw BF centerline on ceramics lining brick and determine laying position of central brick 1

After laying 34 rows of bricks inside two areas with directional wood installed outside, remove directional square wood and lay outwards alo
21、ng four areas. See fig. below for laying protective brick of the bottom. Brick required proc
22、essing is cut and processed on site and its expansion joint is pound and impacted with high aluminum pounding material. 5) Lay protective brick of crucible and circular carbon brick of layer BL and tuyere assembly brick alternatively. 25、up to standard upon examination. 2) Tuypere holder (tuyere holder) has been installed and adjusted. 3) Complete submitting all engineering materials for the position to inspection and examination. 4) Complete testing the performance of waterless press slurry, carbon filling, corundum self-flowing ca
26、stable materials and corundum castable materials used in tuyere position. 8.3 Construction flow 8.4 Construction key points 1) Recheck tuyere center and elevation. 2) Height-increasing center pipe, ensure to keep center pipe vertical. No other object is allowed to touch center pipe (it is all right
27、to control the center with vertical line method). 3) After determining the radial centerline for laying at air port, lay lower ring brick 1 first, and then lay brick 2; laying upper ring brick 4,3 after completing laying lower ring brick.
