23、这座桥花了他们两年时间。 区别spend, take, cost和pay的用法A: spend的主语必须是“人”,宾语可以是钱、精力、时间等B: cost的主语必须是“物”或“事”,表示“费用”、“耗费”,后接life, money, health, time等, 侧重于花费的代价。注意:cost后不能与具体的时间长度连用,只能与表示抽象概念的时间短语连用。如:some time, much time, ten years of hard workeg: Making experiments like this costs much time and labor. 做这样的实验要花很多钱。C:

24、 take后面常跟双宾语, 常见用法有以下几种:(1) It takes sb. 时间to do sth. 做某事花了某人多少时间。eg:It took them three years to build this road. 他们用了三年时间修完了这条路。(2)doing sth. takes sb. 时间,做某事花了某人多少时间。eg:Repairing this car took him the whole afternoon. 他花了一下午修车。D: pay的基本意思是“支付”,作为及物动词,宾语可以是“人”、“钱”(1) pay (sb.) money for sth. 付钱(给某人
