10、, of which the description, an up-to-date record from the computerised vineyard register (CVI) and the land registry references are set out in Schedule B. 23、ing its heirs and assigns, even if they are minors or otherwise lacking in legal capacity, under the broadest customary de jure and de facto warranties in this regard subject to the conditions precedent and terms and conditions stipulated below to the Purchaser who purchases, under the same conditio

25、OF OWNERSHIP AND POSSESSION PROPERTY RIGHTS3-所有权转让It is hereby formally agreed that in addition to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent stipulated below, the transfer of ownership and possession of the Shares to the Purchaser shall be deferred until the date of the final sale pursuant to a pri
