11、sional Pilot TRAINING PROGRAMSECTION ONE- TRAINING SERVICES 1.1 # agrees to screen and select candidates to receive ab initio pilot training from EFT at EFTs Flight Training Center in the USA. # will organize these candidates into student classes of a size to be agreed between the parties. # will co

13、d classes, EFT agrees to provide the # Cadet Pilots with the EFT Professional Pilot Certification Course (also referred to herein as the “Course”), which consists of English and aviation ground training, flight training in both flight training devices and aircraft, and FAA check flights, meeting or

14、exceeding minimum FAA 14 CFR Part 141 and CAAC standards. EFT will train the cadet pilots (hereafter “# Students” or “Students”) so that upon completion of English and aviation ground training, flight training, and check flights, each Student will be issued a U.S. FAA Commercial Pilot License with A

15、irplane, Multi-engine Land and Instrument Ratings, Airline Transport Pilot Ground Rating and English Proficiency endorsement. The Course is designed to normally be completed in fEFTy-eight (58) weeks of time in the United States. The program for the EFT Professional Pilot Certification Course is pro

17、就会完成。EFT专业飞行员资质课程具体项目在附件C中已列出（可能会更改）。1.3 # agrees to provide EFT with the necessary advance biographical and background information for each selected Student in order for EFT to issue visa-eligibility documentation for purposes of obtaining permission to enter the United States, and for the U.S. Dep

18、artment of Homeland Security clearance for each candidate to receive flight training in the United States. 为了EFT给学员签发签证适合性文件以便学员获得进入美国许可以及为获得美国国土安全局的许可使每个学员可以在美国接受飞行训练，#航空同意提供给EFT每个入选学员必要性的个人信息和背景信息。1.4 # Students will receive eight (8) weeks of English training as part of the Course. #航空学员将会接受8周的英语

EFT shall not terminate or impose extra training to any of the students who accepted by EFT due to the unsatisfied English level, otherwise, EFT shall bear all the relevant cost. # and # cadet pilots will not responsible for any of these cost.在进行飞

EFT reserves the flexibility, however, to conduct school six (6) days per week and over designated EFT holidays to satisfy program target l

26、nts of a U.S. FAA Commercial Pilot License and/or Instrument Rating and/or Airline Transport Pilot Ground Rating or when it finds that remedial (supplemental) training outside of the Course syllabus could enable a # Student to successfully complete the Course who otherwise would be unlikely to compl

For Students who remain in training thereafter, EFT will provi

28、de its initial termination assessment at or before thirty (30) flight training (aircraft) hours. 在最初的飞行训练10小时，EFT会为每位#航空的学员做一个初步的评估。对于能够继续留下培训的学员，EFT在其飞行训练30小时的时候或者之前将会提供初始停飞检查评估。1.9.2 At any time that Course termination or supplemental training is recommended by EFT, # will determine whether the St

29、udent should be released from the Course or should continue in training, and whether additional training, if recommended by EFT, is acceptable. # shall communicate its decisions regarding continued, additional or terminated training to EFT in writing within seven (7) working days of receiving EFTs a

EFT将会提供所有必备的参考材料、飞行手册、飞机手册、设备以及EFT专业飞行员资质课程所要求的材料。1.11 EFT will issue each Student official Flight Training Center uniforms, which will be the mandatory dress requirement for the # Cadet Pilots enrolled in the EFT Professional Pilot Certification Course. Uniforms will include one (1) lo
