Error display, error amendment

Main cabinet- for mounting and fixing equipments and provides an operating platform for users.2. Industria
15、l PC- to receive and transmit, calculate and process in formations transferred by each unit, the encoder, and scanning heads etc.3. Encoder- to detect the position of cylinder, which is mounted on the shaft and rotates with cylinder synchronously, generally output l000 pulses.4. Scanning heads-used

Control units-works at processing and error calculation, drives executive devices to accomplish registration control and reports errors and amended results to host after receiving the mark signals detected by scanning head. 17、y with the number of scanning heads. Chapter 2 Operations2.1 Brief Introduction of MenuNotes: It is necessary for printing engineer to read this part carefully. After power on, the panel displays as fig 2-1 The three main menus are used for setting various parameters in printing process. The three s
18、ubmenus are used for adjusting parameters and displaying waves. Parameter adjusting zone is mainly used for adjusting the concrete parameters of each unit. 10 digits keyboard is used to input the parameters. The display/conceal key is for three adjusting main menus. Inputting password 2021607 to dis
19、play three adjusting main menus if needed. When turning off the computer, press Exit key first, then turn off power. The three concealed adjusting menus are used for adjusting the parameters in the process of initial printing, not allowed to alter after setup.2.2 Practical Operations Notes: This par
20、t is for special operation, printing engineer should read it carefully. Please noticing the bold parts.N presents the number of printing channels except special instruction.Cite a 12-color printer does 8 colors printing. In this work, cylinders are respectively mounted on printing channel1, 2,3,4,6,
21、7,8,and9set. Among them, the 1st color is black, the 2nd is blue, the 3rd is red, the 4th color is green, and the 6th color is light blue, the 7th is orange, the 8th color is purple, and the 9th color is yellow. Here it can be found that cylinder isnt mounted on the 5th color, close the 5th color when no printing.If cylinder isnt mounted on the 1st color, close 2U,now the 2nd printing channel is basic color, which doesnt need to trace. Set as fig 2-3 in example.3.Standard
25、 Color Order SetupIn fig 2-2, click key 1 to select Standard Color Order Setup as fig 2-4.Notes: in example, the 5th channel isnt printing, the 6th channel prints the 5th color, yet the 5th traces the 4th color, the tenth, eleventh, twelfth channel arent printing, close them, so standard color order

29、 first click C key to select cylinder perimeter setup zone (see fig 2-4) hereafter cylinder perimeter inputting zone becomes blue, input and press Enter to confirm.After all data are inputted, press OK to confirm. 2.2.2 Motor Pre-alignmentNotes: if your printer has Motor Pre-alignment function, please read below instruction carefully, to undertaking Motor Pre-alignment, place the cross arrow of each cylinder on the same place when mounting cylinder, as fig 2-6: Press
